BACKGROUND
Wooyoung's past has shaped him into the man he is today. One incident in particular. One that would tear Wooyoung's heart apart. One that would trigger the anxiety attacks and nightmare that plague his days and nights. Wooyoung grew up in a family of four - having a younger brother, Jaehyun. His family of four was rather typical and ordinary. His mother worked at a desk job for six hours a day. His father did the same. It wasn't until Wooyoung's adolescence, that such a tragic occurance would impact him.
When Wooyoung was 15, his brother did something. Jaehyun committed suicide. In their own home. Wooyoung was out playing soccer with his friends when he returned home to an ambulance parked outside of his house. Unknowingly, he crept inside the house and saw an image that he would never be able to erase from his memory. Thoughts filtered through Wooyoung's mind at rapid pace. Why didn't he notice? What could he have done? Why? Why? Why? These thoughts continue to disrupt Wooyoung's consciousness, as an adult, but not as much as they did immediately after the incident. He spent days and nights weeping. He still wishes he could've done something.
PERSONALITY
Wooyoung is a person condemned to mediocracy. He wakes up. He teaches. He goes back to sleep. His life runs in a continuous cycle - an almost unbreakable routine. In the day, he is occupied with teaching and counselling students as many of them come from broken homes. His office door is always open to his students - no matter what the issue it is. He's given them money to pay for bus rides, given them advice on family and relationship issues and even went as far, on one occassion, to extend the hospitality of his home to students in need. Many of amazed at the length he goes to protect the wellbeing of his students. He is available 24/7 to them; his services being a constant theme in his life.
As demonstrated, Wooyoung is extremely nice. Nice to an extent that in some instances, he can become a pushover. He's easily guilt-tripped - therefore it isn't extremely hard to manipulate a guy like Wooyoung. He wears his heart on his sleeve as a result of his past and is fiercely loyal to those he deem fit. Wooyoung is an introvert, and perfers to spend his lesiure hours on the weekend staying at home, reading books and cooking. He is currently still studying literature at a higher level in university online and often has his head buried in textbooks and fingers typing away at his laptop. Sometimes, he does feel isolated and lonely. But those moments are rare because, for the most part, he loves solitude.

When Wooyoung's brother committed suicide, you were his girlfriend. And the pair of you were two peas in a pod, the happiest when you were together. However, after the incident Wooyoung became so consumed by the events that had taken place and withdrew into himself until he was no longer present in many of the conversations you had together. Often when you were in his presence, it felt like you were invisible as Wooyoung refused to acknowledge you because he was too absorbed in his own thoughts. After a year of attempting to bring Wooyoung back into reality - you gave up. You broke up with him. Wooyoung usually doesn't hold grudges, but for you, there is an exception. He thinks that you are selfish and has never considered forvgiving, especially after your disapperance during the worst period of his life.
