Jung Sooyeon was not an airhead nor cold. Everything about her was not about cliche. She was not the typical ice princess or the chirpy type. She was just Jung Sooyeon and Jung Jessica at the same time. She was being herself. She does not have any multiple personality disorders... when she was dancing ballet - you should call her Sooyeon. She would be Jessica when she style things. She enjoy books, tea, sleeping and dancing. She could be introvert, always caught spacing off or she could be an extrovert - a chick that talks super duper fast. She's picky and she annoys people with herself. She's not lovable but not people got the gut to hate her. She was normal, right?

She was raised in a mid-class korean family and moved to San Francisco after her father's death in a car accident and her little sister died in that crash too. Seeking solace for the lost of their two beloved ones, she and her mother moved to San Francisco to start a new life.

Her mother was a respected fashion designer in the society and people regards her as one of the top fashion designer in San Fransisco. She was well-mannered and Mrs. Jung did a good in job in educating Jessica on how manners maketh men. This is where Jessica got her name and learned ballet. Ballet was a way to express herself that she could not use by words nor facial or body gestures. She could looked heartless because of her lack passion for smiling. But when she smiled, she meant it.

Dancing in order to express herself, Sooyeon knew by her heart that she would pursue fashion designing as her career on the future. She was smart and would be the top one in her class. She was favored by her ballet teacher and never failed the test. Her designs were made into real clothes with the helf of her mother.

Jung Sooyeon knew her life would be perfect.

But an incident changed her live.

Her mother died in a plane cras when she was 15. Her life was doomed. Her mother was gone. She was sent back to Korea so she would be taking into care by her other relatives. She would never be the same. Ever again. He relatives were good in taking care of her, when she was 18 and graduated from high school, Jessica moved into a small apartment to live by herself, by the memories of her father, her sister and her mother. She basically does not have any close blood-related family members other than her grandparents.

If you do not count along with the non-legitimate blood related, that is.

She basically knew that her mother was depressed at times amd sometimes would go to parties and end up in the bed. She once asked her about why not her mother would not go on the path of maariage, the answer was simple. Her mother wanted to respect her father as he was her first and the last.

Jessica knew that her mother was pregnant once and she was really excited about having a new sibling regardless the father of the baby. Before she could meet her new baby brother, her mother decided it was the best to give him up for adoption to sustain their reputation as being Lady Jungs. She was the little lady.

When she was 18, she worked various jobs in the city to support herself. She basically knew that there were more inheritance money than enough for her that was waiting for her in San Francisco. She just could not go back there when she knew that Korea lack of ballet trainers and she really wanted to find her younger brother which they have 14 years of difference.

She was a freelance fashion stylist, she considered ballet more suiting herself as fashion - reminded her about her mother. Sometimes she styled outfits for various individuals ranging from a tycoon or idols or even models.
