ABOUT HER
Jieun is one of the knights of the Dulcedo clan. She has a clear divide between her work and her personal life, allowing her to detach her emotions from her work. If a kill is to be made, she does it with her trademark smile on her face. However, despite her smiley and happy exterior, she is not unaffected by her work as a knight, but due to her upbringing, she is able to continue her work as if nothing happened.
BACKGROUND
Jieun was born and raised a knight for the Dulcedo clan. She was taught to charm her way through problems, and to learn how to gain the upper hand by watching other people's habits, never to question her superiors nor to ever defy their word. Despite her teachings, the girl was brought up in a warm family with her parents also knights of the previous clan leader. Both parents died in the line of duty in a fight between the clans, but the girl never held a grudge against the other clans. It was part of the job, and the future knight understood such. Even after her longtime girlfriend was taken hostage and later killed by Acies, the knight was indifferent towards the clan. She mourned for the loss of her significant other, but she never sought revenge. Why? Because it would ruin the relationship between the clans. The death was an result of the war and there was nothing she could do about it.
