Dulcedo -- farmer, age 30

Jon is an intriguing man. While his body speaks for itself, he doesn't too often. He's actually very shy in fact and prefers little to no confrontation if possible. There are few people which can coax him out of his natural barriers into anything deeper than some meager conversation. Then again, alcohol or anything which makes him particularly happy will gain some excited reactions from him. There's only one problem. He's deaf. It's tough for him to give interest in things unless he's jotting out his words on a whiteboard or anything which people will bother read. He speaks sign language fluently and can yell out a few words with his voice if driven to that point, but that's only because he practiced. Otherwise, being a lowly farmer hardly brings the need for a voice, just labor, and his muscles can supply that manpower.
