i recall the first day we met like as if it were yesterday. it's a memory still vivid in my mind. i also remember they day we auditioned together. honestly, how can i forget? the moment you sang, i knew you would make it and a part of me was envious of you. what were the chances i'd make it too? the fact we're in the same group together and that we get to stand on the same stage is more than i ever will and ever could ask for.

One day, Jongdae was alone on his farm. He was tired, he was sad, and he was alone.
He looked outside and saw that it was fall. Fall was the time of ear that made him the most wistful, and so he
tottered outside, gripping his cane and fumbling his way over to his pumpkin patch.
There, he plopped down beside his favorite pumpkin and the one that would most likely win him a prize at the next county fair.
"Hello, Pumpkin," he said, using the word and meaning both the endearment and the actual plant.
"I'm very lonely."
The pumpkin didn't respond.
Jongdae was sad, but not surprised. Most of his plants didn't really talk to him. Sometimes his fireplace talked to
him, but that was only when he had taken a large whiff of his tobacco pipe and a few bagfuls of poppy seeds to boot.
He patted his pumpkin some more, smiling widely and pressing a kiss to its soft, orange, shining exterior.
"I'll wait for you, Pumpkin," he said, once again meaning both the term of endearment and the actual plant.
"As long as it takes."
