Opposing them were the Lunar Ascenders, disciples of the Angel King, who upheld the sacred doctrines of the elder Gods, serving the all-seeing Eye and prioritizing unity and devotion above individuality.

As war raged, the brothers sought allies across Heleo. The Demons allied with Vampires, Shapeshifters, and Ghouls, while the Angels found support from Faes, Humans, and Cyborgs. Others—Dragons, Kitsune, Wolves, and mythical Merfolk—remained neutral, rooted in their ancient traditions. Yet, no one escaped the conflict’s shadow. The Battle of Brothers claimed hundreds of thousands of lives fractured the land and led to the annihilation of an entire ethnic group.
