Xingfu (幸福) Chinese. ; Happiness
Xingfu is a place for those who have a problem or two, and need help. Established by Lu Fen who wished to help his son Luhan, who had childhood schizophrenia, and his brother, who was addicted to heroin and overdosed when he was twenty.
The building is separated into two buildings, Black and White. The Black House is for those with mental problems, such as people with bipolarism, schizophrenia, amnesia, insomnia, PTSD, etc. The White House (not to be confused with US president's residence) is for those who need rehab, whether it be from an eating disorder(these patients may actually be in either house), an addiction to a drug, or to alcohol.
The highly-trained doctors here work to keep their patients happy and healthy, and to help them deal through all of their problems so they may leave in a better shape, though Black House residents sometimes are permanent.

★ Luhan, Your first admin. Luhan was the entire reason Xingfu was made. He was diagnosed with childhood schizophrenia, something that carried on through into his adult life. He's a permanent resident here and treated like a prince, so mind you to treat him the same.
