This ward has a reputation of being peaceful and having the least ghoul predation in all of Seoul.  Be wary, though. Lately, something has been very different in these parts. Since the ghoul investigation headquarters were moved here, people have been dying and disappearing one after another, and cruel, dangerous ghouls are moving in.
The scene is set for an all-out war. Maybe you should hang around to see what kind of violence erupts here. Trust me, it'll be fun. The party's just about to start.

The thirteenth ward of seoul, korea has been relatively peaceful for the past few years, with few ghoul-related crimes. But now that's a thing of the past. Whether you're a civilian or an investigator, a ghoul or a human, or anywhere in between, be careful not to let your guard down.
