Everyone here was brought into this city, whether or not they wanted to. The city has a mind of its own, choosing random humans with no similar interests or personalities and placing them in this city under the sea. No one knows how to escape, but it doesn't seem like many want to. Rapture is a second chance at life, a city, where you can be whatever you want more importantly-be whoever you want. The citizens of rapture all have their own private quarters, a snug apartment that can change quite easily. Although it may look vintage at first glance this city is more high-tec than the abover world, or supposed above world. There is no way to contact the above world but no worries, the citizens here are very peaceful and comforting, and would absolutely love to be more than strangers. Rapture has many places to explore, a library, bar, theater and much more. There are many occupations available as well, and there's even a high school for the next generation of Rapture's populace. So, enjoy your stay try not to cause too much trouble.
Bioshock Relation:
This roleplay has almost nothing to do with the video game or book Bioshock. The only similarities are the names of areas in the game and the fact that it's a civilization under the sea. So please do not plot or roleplay with supernatural powers and whatnot, because this is not a roleplay version of the game. (Although if enough people are up for it /shot.)
