EST 050816. This roleplay is based on DC's SUICIDE SQUAD, and is re-created with our own twist. You will be playing as someone who is tasked to join the new squad, following the legacy of your former leaders about nine decades ago.
Who exactly, are the Suicide Squad? Let us take you back in time, when we formed the antihero strike team, made up of death row supervillians. Our city is in need of these people, and it's funny how the deadliest people are the ones who are keeping us safe. Let me introduce to you, the Suicide Squad.
— Harley Quinn, previously known as Doctor Harleen Quinzel, is Joker's accomplice and lover. She used to be his psychiatrist back at Arkham Asylum.
Abilities: a trained psychiatrist, skilled gymnast and acrobat, immunity to most poison/toxins/diseases, enhanced strength and stamina, utilizes weaponized props and equipment.
— Dead Shot, is often a hired assassin and he'd never miss his target. Initially planned to take over Batman and become king of the underworld. He is also capable of using a large variety of weapons.
Abilities: uncanny marksmanship, cybernetic eyepiece that further increases accuracy, skilled hand-to-hand combat, bilingualism.
— Katana, is a very skillful martial artist.
Abilities: superb martial arts, fully trained samurai warrior, ability to capture the soul of of every being she kills with her sword and communicate with that soul.
— Blackfire, is the older sister of Teen Titan's Starfire. She was born with "deformities" by Tamaranean standards, having black hair and purple eyes.
Abilities: superhuman strength, durability, flight, ability to generate lavender colored star bolts from her hands which are powerful and destructive, skilled hand-to-hand combat, immunity to intense cold and radiation.
— El Diablo, was struck by lightning and revived by a shaman. He is cursed to be the host of a minor demon which acts as a spirit of vengeance.
Abilities: olympic level boxer and athlete, pyrokinesis.
