welcome home
Hello dear, this is grandma jungsook here..!
my husband youngho and i have been married for 45 years, he is the light of my life and i his. we live on an estate that my husband and i have worked our whole lives for, it is our treasure here in south korea.
our home is vast and we have always wanted to have our own children to fill the quietness of our home.
we sadly never had children of our own, but we found that in a way with us opening our homestay, we could have people searching for a place to set roots and pursue their lifes dream, and perhaps consider us as their grandma and grandpa who are here to aid and give a warm loving home as well.
on our 40th anniversary, he promised me that we would have our own family some day, his gift? aiding me in creating our estate into the largest home stay location in south korea.
we worked hard for the beautiful place that is mugunghwa homestay, a place where we want to welcome anyone who wishes to join our family.
a place where we can host bbqs, feasts, parties, weddings, and so much more..
we hope to take care of you, and help you find friends, your future family, or perhaps even if you have a small family already.

guidelines
one:
please favorite the roleplay before requesting a faceclaim. reservations last 48 hrs, if your reservation expires you may request again.

this is meant to be a close unit roleplay, we know drama can occur but please do your best to get along and keep this place drama free, dont give grandma and grandpa a hard time.

three:
the character limit is currently: 4 face claims, we encourage you to pursue a story and character growth with each face claim so our requirements for charas are as follows:
first is free, second requires upvote, third requires a blog post and both previous charas must have been active for 1 week, fourth is obtained when all charas have been active over a week and have 500 posts each.
------
four:
our roleplay is not rated, but we do require faceclaims to be over 18+ (international age) just to be safe. rated topic must be kept to a strict minimum as no rooms are rated, but if requested, we can add a rated commons room just for more adult geared topics. personal rooms will be rated just as precaution when prompted.

five:
we are all orientations, all races, and welcome move in couples! please be friendly to all people no matter their race, background, and relationship status. we are not a place to keep to yourself, we encourage interaction amongst everyone. our dating ban isn't really a ban but.. we hope you can form friendships and let love take it's course without face chasing or user chasing. we'd hope you may wait 5 days before pursuing a relationship.

hiatuses and cc changes are allowed but please do request them in the requests room. semi hiatuses are allowed for a 3 weeks and hiatuses last for 2 weeks. password: what is south korea's national flower? (hint: the roleplay is named after it) cc changes are allowed weekly! please do not abuse this option.

mpreg and normal pregnancy are allowed, please refer to the respective room for more details. if you are a move in couple with a child or expecting, let us know via group pm!
