Welcome to the Kingdom of Daehan, a realm steeped in the echoes of its storied past and poised on the precipice of a future defined by innovation and tradition. In this alternate timeline, Daehan quickly emerged from the ashes of colonial occupation not as a republic but as a beacon of monarchic resurgence. Five years after colonial rule, king Danseung had decided to change the name from Hanguk to Daehan.

To symbolize this new chapter in Daehan's history, the capital city of Seoul was reborn as Hanseong. The name, echoing the ancient traditions of Korea, served as a testament to the nation's resilience and determination to reclaim its identity from the shadows of its colonial past.
