Welcome to Mardomon, a small town in Nevada where weird things always seem to happen. From military experiments gone wrong to aliens, a time capsule that foretells the apocalypse, little cults up on the hills, and dead men walking, the townsfolks are never short of experiencing new surprises. Stick to these rules, or you’re out:

1. Be on your best behaviour. Communicate with your writing partners. If you no longer feel muse for the connection, inform them while maintaining some respect and professionalism. Be respectful in the pen’s corner. I don’t want to see insults thrown around in the name of “friendship,” passive-aggressiveness, or disregarding others. I am a one-man team, so I’ll be stricter with writers who don’t act like adults.
   • And this is very, very important: If you’re plotting a romantic or ual connection with a character that already has a partner, inform the partner as well. I don’t want to see writers plotting things without informing all of the writers that could be involved. Failure to do this will earn you a one-way ticket out.
2. I reserve the right to reject your reservation and application if you’ve had multiple run-ins with other writers, caused drama and made others uncomfortable.
3. Facechase and userchase outside of this place. We are not bingo tiles for you to claim as a win.
4. As I am the only one handling admin work, this place will be a slow-paced community. Thus, you best focus on writing and building connections with other writers. Don’t wait for an event to start writing.
5. Keep rated content outside of the pen’s corner and non-rated rooms. Rated and triggering plots must be consensual for all sides participating in it. All rated/triggering threads must be labelled with an [M] or [TW] at the top of each post. Threads involving are only allowed in private spaces such as PMs and private rooms. Keep your walls clean from any rated content.
6. We accept faceclaims from any nationality, and they must be 21 years old or older. As this place is new and I am not expecting many writers to join, you can claim two characters for now. The second character can be claimed after you have provided three connection ideas for the said character in your request form. I have every right to reject the request if the connections are similar or boring. You may apply a three-year difference to their age; however, they must still be 21 years and above. Your character must also have an original name.
7. The guidelines will be updated from time to time, depending on how active this place becomes. I will inform you of any changes through an announcement post before updating the rules.
