Seoul, the largest developed capital in the world is not run by its government, really, but by a group who called themselves Exogenesis led by a faceless leader known as the Shadow. Under the Shadow's rule, Seoul basked under the bright lights of opulence what with the connections overseas, the under-the-table transactions, the drug cartels, the shoot-to-kills, and of course, the money filling banks to the brim. Seoul is the very definition of crapsaccharine. Three decades passed and the Shadow has left life and left Exogenesis under grasping hands. Two names shone brightest and created a fissure inside the group. One, .EXE or execute, who believes in the imperative modernization of Exogenesis, seeing that the perfect path is to leave the illegal and be the legal - pertaining to being part of public office and making Seoul competitive in the global arena of things. The other, retained the name of Exogenesis, claiming that the Shadow had thrived to create the group and it had prosper in its own ways thus it should remain that way; not wanting to cut off family culture that had bloomed for 30 years.

All players are given the chance to choose which group they want to be in. Once the number of members per group are equal, they are given the right to vote for the leader per group.
