THE GODS LOVE
GROW
YOUNG
According to ancient Greek mythology, the gods live forever. That’s only the beginning of all the things the Greeks got wrong. The twelve Olympians and other, lower gods thrive on Mount Olympus. However, it is not because of immortality that their legacy lives on. It is passed on through many people. The gods, however powerful, only live for a few centuries. It is their job to pick their potential heirs, a mixture of humans from the mortal world, and sons and daughters of other gods. They give away their powers to them, bit by bit, until the day they pass on, leaving their chosen successor to take their place. The only catch is actually choosing their successor. Several students are chosen to serve and learn from each god, all vying to become his or her heir. Whoever is chosen will be powerful and mighty, a god of all gods. Whoever is chosen will be famous amongst mortals and will walk amongst gods. The chosen successor could be you.
