Backstory:
Interwoven with the human race in a school that isn't at all what it really seems, the children of the vampires and the children of the werewolves are almost on the verge of war with one another. Neither blood has ever tolerated the other, as has been the way for thousands of generations - but one man is determined to change all that.
The Headmaster of Rising Blood Academy (nicknamed so by the students, for no human parent would ever send their students to such a school if named this) is determined to stem the fear in the humans, whom have no idea of the secrets that lie behind their walls and behind the fake facades of their hybrid friends, and also to force the vampires and the werewolves to trust one another and learn to live and depend on one another. Over the years, more races have joined the school, been introduced to the world, and they, too, have to learn to live in a world that shuns them.
There's only so much that one man can do though - the rest lies solely in the students.
