Who are we?
We are the underbelly, the scabs the filth easily swept under the rub, brushes aside, stuffed in the shadows. We are the product of a society based on beauty and education, perfection laced, stitched together by moral values instilled by a cookie cutter family and religion.
We are products of hate, neglect, abuse... discgusting even to those who birthed us.
...set up to fail the moment we began to breathe.
We see things in the night...
Hear things in the shadows...
We take what we want... mind body and soul and scar the innocent.
Are they innocent?
Society says yes... they lock us in boxes. Chain us like dogs...
and beat us when we do not undertand...
Now we are sent away...
To a remote isolated island...
an island of MISFITS....
