To get a house, you need be an owner and must have 50pts. Your house will be basic at first and will only include a bedroom and a bathroom. Every other/extra room you add to it will cost another 20pts.
Pets cost various amounts.
A stray is free.
A pedigree is 25pts
A mutt is 10pts
A black-listed is 15pts
A disabled is 5pts
To buy a pet/adopt a pet, go to the specified places.
Strays = street
Pedigrees = breeder
Mutts = pet shop
Black-listed = kennel
Disabled = shelter
