Woods

After the first couple of days, things seemed to calm down a bit. Enough that Hoseok felt comfortable enough putting on some strong cologne and going to the gym for a short workout. Just because he was pent up, didn't mean he had to sacrifice his gains. A month was a long time, after all. He couldn't stay cooped up in his apartment the entire time. Walking through the woods on the way home, he sighed in relief as a small breeze ruffled his sweat dampened hair.

@ω Jin Well, you're quite strong on your own, right? an omega can still protect themself...maybe alphas just feel a responsibility to keep others safe when they so have the option.
Like me, I don't know you, but I smelled your scent and wanted to make sure nothing predatory had smelled it too...it's just instinct.
*shakes my head a bit at the thought*
all I do lately is training, and trust me...I'd be happy to use this as an excuse to take a day off from it.

Still, it can be quite worrisome, you know...lots of alpha come out of the woodwork to take advantage of smaller omegas.

what heat? the school taught us that it will come when i am of age.. i dont feel any symptoms
/looks at you confusely, though i heard about this whole heat thing in school but i kinda dismissed the entire it as my teacher said im not yet of age to have the heat/
i mean... its just the heat..?

/stretches out my body, grey fur touselled in the wind as i look around with my emerald eyes/
/being alert with my ears perked up, picking up movements of probably small animals as im feeling kinda hungry/
/ my muzzle as i could sense the presence of a small deer and darts quietly towards that direction, quickly pouncing on the vulnerable animal and sinks my canines in its neck till it stops moving/

@♔ Chuando Tan Baekhyun smiled to the other and felt grateful to have ended up catching the alpha's attention that morning during his little run. With that thought, that offer, running through his head, he would probably end up waddling on over to the older wolf's place, at least to just get away from everyone else. If he happened to be mounted and sated in the process too then that was a bonus for the beta. He finished up as well and drank some water before they left. "Thank you for the meal~" he grinned. He was walking slowly so that he wouldn't get indigestion though. "Plans? What are plans?" he asked back innocently. "Just kidding~ I'll probably take a nap," he hummed. "Whilst you work your off~"

@β Baekhyun "No need to thank me Baekhyun, I just don't like to see people I know suffer and if I can help I will so don't worry. And should something happen and you do fall pregnant I will be there for them and for you I promise." He smiled lightly at him, eating up a few more pieces until just about all the food was gone, which let him give a content sigh as he stretched and rubbed his belly. "That was good food and thank you for coming with me. Just let me go pay and we can go alright?" Getting up, he went up to the front, taking out his card and paying for their meal before signing the small paper. Nodding to Baekhyun, he waited for him to come up to him before he guided them out and grinned at the other. "Alright, we can head back and take a nice walk back to work off the food. What are your plans for the rest of the day? Or you really not sure what you are going to do?"

@♔ Chuando Tan Baekhyun shook himself out of his thoughts when he heard the alpha speak. His eyes widened at the other's offer to go over to the other's place and proceeded to look a little silly as he kept opening and closing his mouth like a goldfish. He sighed in defeat since the other was right about taking some time to think about it. "Alright... thank you very much for the offer though. My last couple of heats have been kinda of the rougher side so... I guess I've just been a little bit more concerned," he explained sheepishly. He continued eating, thinking about how kind Chuando was as an alpha.

@β Baekhyun Nodding lightly, he slowly ate and watched the other, already guessing what he was worried about. "There is a chance the building won't be ready in time for this coming heat so if you don't want to stay at the beta house, you are welcome to stay at my place. And though we just met I would also be willing to help you sate your hunger during your heat. I know for some it just gets worse if they try to lock themselves away to the point that its painful and that isn't something I want for you. And yes I know I just adopted my son but I know it will be fine, I will work out something for it to be safe for him to be there and with you in the house as well. So just think about my offer before you just turn it down alright Baekhyun?"

@♔ Chuando Tan Baekhyun nodded as the other spoke and hummed, "It isn't bad to be a single parent these days, since others in the pack are more willing to help out and whatnot," he agreed. He knew that he would be able to take care of the pup or pups just fine, but he would want their father to be in their life a bit too. He smiled and thanked the older woman as well before eating the dumplings too, being careful not to burn his mouth. He blushed and whined a bit as the other about it and playfully glared at the other. "I get attached to people who are part of the pack... so of course I like you," he pouted. "Along with others too, obviously," he added. He went quiet for a moment though when he thought about who he would end up spending his next heat with, if anyone would take care of him, that is.

@β Baekhyun "Possibly but I think I am more worried about knocking up someone more than anything, to be honest," he said softly as he rubbed a hand over his face. "I would take responsibility but I am not sure about the person...I dont just want to have to be in a relationship just because we are having a child together. I dont get why a lot of people seem to think that you have to if that happens. But I guess thats how it was in the old days but not anymore...there is nothing wrong with being a single parent." Smiling, he thanked the older woman when the food was brought and happily began to eat the dumplings which were one of his guilty pleasures. Seeing the pout, he looked confused before he seemed to give a soft laugh at this point. "If I didn't know any better I would say someone likes me," he teased with a big grin before he began to laugh.

@♔ Chuando Tan Baekhyun blushed a tiny bit as well when the other mentioned that he hadn't gotten laid in a while and bit his lip to stop himself from laughing. "Well, maybe you'll get laid during the next heat cycle~" he grinned. He hummed and wiggled in his seat some more when the other ordered some more finger food for them. "Yes~ walk it all off~" he grinned. He ate another bite of food before pouting when the other said that they'd have to part ways once they got back. He really liked spending time with the other, even though they had only just met that day. He nodded though since the other actually had things to do. But perhaps he would just be cheeky and take a nap right outside the other's office.

@β Baekhyun "I have reason to be tense, I haven't gotten laid in the longest time and I am running a new pack plus raising a son." His cheeks were a bit red at admitting such things but it was true though despite it all he was happy, he was finally having half of what he wanted so he wouldn't want for anything more at that moment. Seeing the other wiggle in his seat, Chuando laughed softly as he grilled up the last of their meat before ordering some dumplings and other fried finger foods for them. "Then after this, we can go for a nice walk back to walk off the food so we don't feel so sleepy. Though a nap would be nice but can't right now, I have to get through some work so I am afraid once we are at the pack we will have to go our separate ways."

@♔ Chuando Tan Baekhyun grinned to the other when his mouth was empty, feeling so happy that the other was feeling so relaxed, "I'm glad, you tense alpha~" he teased playfully before taking another bite of the food, still listening intently. "Well, sub betas and omegas don't have too many differences nowadays unless you're in a super conservative pack," he shrugged. He saw how the other froze and chuckled softly, "It's alright~ I'll just snap you out of it~" he giggled and hummed, wiggling a bit in his seat happily.
