@park sojin *closes the refrigerator door after grabbing the bottle of water closest to the back, standing still for a moment before holding his wrist up to steal a glance at the time and counts how late you are*
*drinks a long sip of his water on his way back to his laptop on his living room table, tapping the mouse pad to see the time again and realizing that his watch was correct before setting his water down to the side and opening up a script for tomorrow's show that is hosted by him in hopes of passing time by for your arrival*
*during that time his body leans more towards the computer, but almost flinches with him holding his breath for a moment when hearing the door knock and sits up from the couch to jog over to the door in excitement*
*clears his throat before opening the door, already with a big genuine smile with a boyish look to it appears once seeing you there without him realizing this at first from the happiness of you there*
*finally bites on his bottom lip when catching your smirk, chewing at for a second before reaching for your hand and gently tugging at it to have you inside his place*
I didn't think you'd be late. Was there something more important you had to tend to, rather than this?
*crooks his head, keeping the same boyish innocent look on his face, with his hand holding onto yours, leading you to the kitchen and reluctantly letting go of you to grab a bottle of wine from his wine cooler cabinet*
*opens the cabinet and scratches his head soon afterwards, lost at the drinks there only to turn to you with him motioning his head to it*
Anything you want to drink?
@kim jongin / moistens her luscious lips with a slow, yet rough tongue, the cold wind imprinting its signature into her porcelain skin in form of faint goosebumps and unpleasant tremors running down her spine, urging her to finally knock on the door and let herself be embraced by the warmth provided not merely by your house-- but mostly your presence, and your embrace; fights the temptation to obey her own desires, rather choosing to grant herself a few more moments alone in the dark, in hopes of mustering up a good reason for tonight to be our last night ever, even though she knows that for once, she can't lie, and that she is already robbing herself of seconds, minutes, or perhaps hours with you by her side by trying to come up with a lie that would put an end to our intimate relationship once for all, for she does not wish to have any connection to you once the dawn comes, fully intend to forget everything we've had after this night comes to an end; if she were to stay and merely end our relationship, one of us would surely step over the line and attempt to get us back to how things used to be between us, sooner or later.
/ lifts her wrist up to look at her watch, fully knowing that she is over 10 minutes 'late' for our meeting, the tight seam of her lips parting with a silent, uneven exhale, as soft fingertips dance upon her arms once she tries to warm herself up a little, then, finally, extending a hand out to knock softly upon the door-- only to stop for a moment once hesitation shackles her, before she finally does knock upon the wooden surface, allowing all of her thoughts to leave her mind entirely, knowing very well how pathetic it is of herself to act like this, for such acts did not suit her usual persona at all.
/ the corner of hooks upward ominously as a crisp smirk slithers upon her succulent lips, and mild amusement tugs at the strings of her nerves; perhaps she shouldn't worry about this matter as of the moment, and rather come up with a good excuse for her unusually late arrival.
