@kim hanbin The rate of her heart rivaled the quickness of her steps as Yura rounded the corner, the cries of an elderly lady following her. She cast one last look behind her, as if expecting the disgruntled old woman to come charging up any second. The thought of that drew a breathless chuckle from her, but there was no one in sight. Her feet took her down the block to a chain link fence, not too high, not too low. It begged to be climbed and Yura did just that. Tightening the straps on her backpack, she threaded her fingers through the metal hoops and hoisted her body up, one leg easily swinging over the top of the structure. Unfortunately, her descend was far less graceful. The cuff of her pants snagged on one of the protruding bits of metal, and immediately Yura thoroughly regretted her decision to wear nylon today.
She let out an unladylike yelp, followed by short string of curses. Thank goodness there didn’t seem to be anyone in the vicinity at the moment. Yura wasn’t quite sure which was worse: being seen hopping a fence or utterly failing at it. With some difficulty she was finally able to free her leg (she was positive she pulled something in her thigh in the process), but the force of the struggle coupled with the weight of her bag pulled her backwards. Luckily, the distance was short enough to wound only her pride.
Yura remained still for a good minute, mentally reflecting upon her life decisions. Then abruptly, as if suffering from electric shock, she scrambled to her feet and shrugged off her bag to inspect the contents within. “Oh no. Oh no, oh no, oh no—”
Her worst suspicions turned out to be true. The fall had dented the majority of the spray cans; cans that cost a pretty penny. Though none of them had exploded, some of them were bleeding ink and started collecting in an unattractive pool at the bottom of her bag. Groaning, Yura closed up the zipper and slung the pack back over one shoulder before trudging dejectedly across the park grounds.
@pyo jihoon 2.30am in the morning. Or still late at night, depending on what kind of person is asked. It was a clear spring night, only a few grey clouds hanging up in the sky, occasionally playing hide and seek with the waxing moon. A fresh breeze was blowing, carrying the slowly down dieing music from some nightclubs down the street. For a second the music got louder again, the low laughter of some drunk men echoing through the night before the clicking of a metallic door could be heard.
Stepping out of one of the bars, a female figure started to move down the empty street, her longs locks softly bouncing with each step she took. Although she had been working at the bar for more thatn a year already, Jihyun still couldn't fight back the goosebumps that would started to spread out on her arms whenever she stepped out into the dark night. Despite the fact that she was actually living nearby, the female still felt uncomfortable, especially during the walk through the park. During daytime it was her favourite spot to relax, but whenever the darkness settled it became the scriest place she could imagine. The majestic trees would turn into grotesque figures, the howling wind becoming their voices. But it was the shortest way to get to her apartment, so for the past year, Jihyun would just pull her jacket closer and quickly rush through the park.
As she almost reached the end of the park, Jihyun suddenly heard the soft panting of a person as well as a low whimper. As she had been a dancer since little on, it was easy for her to locate the source of the strange noises. For a moment she stood still, pondering if she should just ignore it and go home, after all she had a mandatory class early in the morning. But what if it was a person in need for help? Even if it was just a drunkard who had decided to take a nap in the park, she could at least check on them. Just in case.
Taking a deep breath, Jihyun carefully walked closer towards a group of trees, the noises now becoming louder with each step she took. although she still couldn't make out what they were saying, she could hear two angry voices. A fight? Although she was usually the silent type, there was no way that she would stay quiet when there was someone in trouble. Taking out her mobile phone, the female the flashlight, revealing two fighting males.
"Hey you. Stop fighting right now! Whatever it is, violence it not a solution!"
@park hyomin *the moment I fell to the ground my eyes squeezed shut. Even without looking I can tell that this is going to hurt a lot. And as expected a sharp pain runs through my wrist when I try to push myself up*
Hm?
*I look up when hearing your voice, staring at you for a moment with a blank expression before my brain starts to work again*
Uh...I'm fine I guess
*not wanting to bother anyone I smile at you before looking around, making sure that the old man and the kid are fine. slowly I get up, careful to not put any pressure on my wrist, knowing that I would have to go and see the docter later on*
oh...blood
*a bit surprised I stare at my right arm where a thin line of blood is slowly running down from a scratch. since the pain in the left wrist is too prominent I haven't even noticed it. Without thinking I lift my left hand to wipe to blood off but let out a wince when the sharp stinging pain returns to the wrist. carefully I take a glance at you, hoping that you haven't notice it*
uhm...i think I should get going now..
@park hyomin *I decide to go for a walk in the park since the weather is rather nice compared to the rainy days of the last week. Also my classes have ended earlier than thought and there's still a bit time left before I need to go to dance practise*
it's really a nice day
*smiling to myself, I slowly walk down the path, enjoying the soft breeze. Thinking to myself that it's a really nice day I continue my way, my thoughts slowly wandering off until I suddenly hear a male voice shouting really close to me*
Huh?
*I look up in confusion but it's already to late. I can only see a kid running after a ball and a man on a bicycle trying to avoid crashing into the kid before I loose my balance, feeling the weight of the bicycle plus the male against my side*
ouch...
@lu han Kyary smiled to herself as she sat on the small bench against the back of the home, legs close together and arms in her lap. A small, chilly breeze blew behind the wall, lifting up her long golden blonde hair. It was her real hair, but the girl had an affinity for wigs, and since it was already the spring season she went for lighter colors than her plain black hair underneath. Brushing the hair out of her face and situating it behind her ear, adjusting the flower crown on her head she watched the children play happily. They kicked a ball around the small dirt yard that was used for games and free time. During the summer they would also make campfires and sleep outside.
As she continued to watch them from a small distant, her eyes caught sight of 'him'. It was a male who would always come in to play with the children. Kyary herself never really talked too him since she was always busy, or was just too lazy to pick herself up that day. However, she had always enjoyed watching him with the children, since they always smiled a little brighter than when they played by themselves. Although she would have liked to play with them as well, Kyary had to clean up the bedrooms and start preparing meals, so she used he free-time to rest instead of play. Otherwise she wouldn't have the energy to do what was asked of her. Playing with her fingers, she took joy in watching the children all yell happily and crowd around the male, giggling and asking him if he would play with them. As she did so, she leaned her back against the wall, smoothing her flower-printed dress over her legs as they played.
Baekhyun will take his leave but if you revamped this place please inform me or add me back or something lol i would love to join if this place is active again!
