the cafeteria

@jungkook As Halla was walking past the cafeteria, her stomach grumbled loudly. She hadn't realized that she was hungry until that moment. Just then a waft of air blew past her as someone opened the door. Whatever they were having in there smelled good. She walked into the cafeteria and got in line. The line wasn't very long so she quickly got her food and looked around the cafeteria. She had no idea where to sit. She saw an open table in the corner and walked over to it, placing her tray down on the table before sitting. She took a quick glance around the room again before she started to eat.

A few moments later she heard footsteps coming toward her. Curiously she looked up from her food and locked eyes with a boy around her age as he sat down across from her. This wasn't just any boy though. This was Jungkook from BTS. She was excited that he had actually approached her and that he knew who she was. Sure The Ark had done a cover of one of BTS's songs, but her face hadn't been really clear in the video unless you were paying close attention. When he smiled at her, she quickly returned the smile with her own slight smile and nodded in response to his question.

"Yes, I'm Halla from The Ark." she replied, looking at Jungkook before adding, "We saw your reaction video. Thank you for watching us! It's an honor that BTS bothered to watch our video."

Stepping into the room, hands in his jeans pockets, Jungkook felt his stomach growl as the savory smells of the cafeteria filled his senses. Walking over to the counter, he picked up a tray and stood in line, leaning over every now and then to take the things he wanted and place them onto his plate. As he finished up with a cup of hot soup, he sat down at a nearby table with his meal and began eating quietly. Honestly, the boy wasn't completely used to eating alone, as he normally had his meals with his hyungs, but this was his first day at camp, and although quite a few of the faces seemed familiar, Jungkook simply wasn't the type to approach people first.

Lifting his head up after taking a bite of his lunch, a figure in the corner caught his eye. Squinting to get a better look at the female's face, he suddenly realized - ah, it was that long-haired girl from the Boy In Luv cover he had seen earlier with the rest of his bandmates. The Ark - that was the name of the group, wasn't it? Although the other girls had certainly danced wonderfully, his eyes kept getting drawn back to her. Perhaps it was the way she seemed both fragile and fierce at times, or perhaps it was the passion for dancing she had radiated, reminding him all to much of himself. Either way, the boy was intrigued by her, and as he noticed that she was eating by herself as well, Jungkook picked up the tray, striding over to the table she was sitting at, and sat down across from her.

"You're from The Ark, right?" He mustered up a smile and looked at her.
