¤ The Central Core ¤

Each of the dots that orbits around the center of the orbital is an individual Hologram with the absolute center being the Intelligence Consultant. The Holograms are allowed to leave and turn into Free-Lancers or vice versa from the portal nearby. Holograms can speak to one another through "guest rooms", holding up to as many Holograms at one time as possible. The "guest rooms" are available to both Stationary and Free-Lance Holograms.
