Ok so like any ABO there are heats and ruts. (these will probably be week long events)
Omegas- omegas get heats. One will last for three to five days every three months. In order to state the omegas they must be knotted. You may either find a partner or use special toys with knots on them.
Heats are exhausting. You can barely eat but still need things to eat. Fruit, meats, cheese, crakcers, veggies, and then water or sports drinks. You sleep, mate, and eat. Occasionally managing to stumble to the bathroom to clean up and take care of buissiness.
Omegas can get pregnant on their heat. Please remember to buy special condoms that won't break at the knot.
Betas- Betas get whats called an itch. They only last two days and have many ways to be delt with. Running, swimming, hiding in the room, or mating. During an itch they can be impregnanted or impregnante an omgea. Not as exhausting but still bad feeling. Almost like a small cold where you can do some things but not all. Tis happens only twice a year- those lucky betas.
Alphas- alphas can go into rut. They need to be triggered for this to happen. Normally they can be triggered by the scent of an omega or beta. If an Omega is in heat chances are their mate will go into a rut. Ruts are difficult. They get instatiable and . Knots hard to git rid of. Frequently they will try exercising first and if that doesn't burn off the adrenaline they have to mate. Like heats these are difficult. Barey able to eat. Normally it only lasts one day but can come back for a few hours if their omega mate is still in heat.
