cost
a house requires 150 points. if sharing with another person, it is 75 points each.
** meaning you must have 150 (or 75) points before you can own a house. it doesnt actually cost anything.

stipulation
houses must not be inactive for one week or more. you get a 48 hour warning before the house is removed.
