@park chaeyoung ᶠ "are you sure? i mean, the place i work at has some good desserts, so my expectations are high now." she teased, showing by the wide smile on her face as she looked up at chaeyoung. "i'm just teasing you. i know i will like it. i like anything sweet." she laughed, practically dragging the other girl in by her hand as they quickly made their way to the counter. "what do you like? cake? coffee?" she asked, squinting her eyes to see the menu carefully and mentally cursing herself for not wearing her glasses. sejeong was always this talkative, especially with people she knew she would get along with from the start, and sometimes she would just go a little overboard and completely be silent.

@kim sejeong ᶠ "Here. It's right this way." Chaeyoung explained as she walked down the sidewalk, holding her jacket tightly around her small form. "They have the most amazing desserts too. I think you'd really like it." She added, shifting her gaze over to the other girl as she formed a gentle smile, silently hoping she wasn't making the other girl uncomfortable with her rather talkative nature. It was a result of her job, she assumed. It wasn't that she didn't like socialization, but she typically wasn't a fan of it outside of work. To her dismay, however, it had slipped from her work life and into her personal life before she could even attempt to stop it from happening.

@daiyan trisha ᶠ Kangjoon laughed uncomfortably because he was looking at both of those pictures and yet neither of them at the same time - how could he come to tell her that he was looking at dank ol' memes? He casually dodged the question and refuted her claims of him being uncomfortable, I mean, she was right, but he didn't want her to feel bothered by him, she was just being herself in front of him. "Oh no, this is just what I always look like-" He blurted, which sounded pretty funny, honestly, but he /was/ lowkey always uncomfortable with everything because he's an awkward lil . "I- Uh- Just keep rambling, I don't mind," He ended up compromising with his awkward smile.

"Thanks," Kangjoon said with a smile at the waitress, he froze at her words, breaking into a nervous chuckle as she hit him in a soft spot. Haha- Spending $5 on something would be so irresponsible of him with his bank balance but he lied to her anyway. "O-Of course I am," He stuttered, he wasn't a great liar, "I'll just get it later when I'm done studying." He nodded at himself, that's a good excuse. Give himself a reward for being a good student, yeah, that'll make up for spending money like he had a steady income. He took a sip of the glass of tap water while he looked at her, looking at him with her smile. Something about her face looked like it was constantly judging him - but it was probably resting face, right? :') "How have you been?" He asked, trying to make conversation because wow she must have been bored out of her mind working this dead day.

@seo kangjoon ᵐ "Ah, really? what pictures are you looking at? is it cat or dog pictures? because I love looking at them whenever I'm bored! they are so cute and fluffy! " as an image of the cute fluffy fat cat came in her mind she can't help but squeal loudly at its cuteness, attracting some eyes towards their table, but as usual, she won't notice how loud she is. Returning back her attention to the guy in front of her she can't help but notice how uncomfortable he looks like at the moment. It seems like he can his pant anytime soon. "Are you okay? am I rambling? or do I talk too much, should I shut up? oh, my! I'm such a horrible person! we just met and I already make you uncomfortable, I'm sorry," she looks at you with a big frown plastered across her face, not liking for making you feel uncomfortable around her.

The little bell above the door chimed to signal the arrival of a new customer, causing Sungkyung to twitch in surprise. She couldn't help it - the shop floor had been deserted for the past half hour, and in her boredom she had fallen into a daze, absent-mindedly dragging a pen here and there over a napkin. Her attempt to hide this was ineffective, as it took a moment for her to recognise the familiar face.
"Huh? I mean- yeah sure." She quickly poured tap water into a tall glass and brought it over to him, taking a seat at his table as she placed the glass between them. "Are you going to actually buy anything this time?" She joked, propping her chin up on the table and flashing him a lazy grin.

@daiyan trisha ᶠ "I-" Kangjoon started as she told him he took her table, but she just kept going on and on and oh my god, it looks like he was stuck at this table now by social interaction. He was so awkward, he didn't know what to make of this, he could only give a stiff smile in return as she kept going on and on with her words. And then she asked him a question and all of a sudden he wished that she'd keep rambling. "Oh uh-" He stuttered over his words, flustered over suddenly being forced to make social interaction, "I wasn't looking at videos, I was just looking at - urm.. pictures." She didn't come across as somebody who'd live in the living and breathing of memes as he was. He didn't know how to continue the conversation beyond that, he wasn't really one to carry conversations. Heck, he barely even wanted to talk to this girl, but geez, he couldn't just leave her here alone now that she was so excited about having company and whatnot.

@seo kangjoon ᵐ Just like the slow mo part in a movie, everything suddenly seem so slow as you slowly look up from your phone. I've been dying to see your face ever since I take a seat in front of you. My eyes widen slightly when I see your face, not expecting you to be so good looking. My inner girly side decided to come out as soon as I see your face but I decided to control myself and mentally scold myself to not do anything stupid in front of you. The corner of my lips lift higher upon hearing your voice, showing off my pearly white teeth. "Ah, well, I hate to break this to you, but you're actually sitting at my table, but hey, it's okay! it's nice to have some company you know, at least I will feel less lonely, and we can get to know each other! I love making new friends!" not noticing that she's been rambling, she offers you a grin and take a sip of her drink, her eyes adverted to the phone in your hand. "What did you watch just now? You seem so focused," blinking at you, her brows furrowed slightly as she looks at you curiously.

@daiyan trisha ᶠ On his phone, looking at dank memes, Kangjoon is almost completely oblivious of his surroundings. He's a bit of an awkward introvert and tuned out people well. However, as he was looking at his phone, somebody sat in the seat before him, making him slightly uncomfortable, but I mean, I guess it's a free country. He focused on his phone intensely, pretending as if he hadn't seen the person sit down, hoping they'd leave soon, but then they had to address him. It'd be rude to just ignore the person, so Kangjoon looked up from his phone and awkwardly, unnaturally, responded with, "Yyes-?"

@seo kangjoon ᵐ Taking her drink from the barista, she chirped a quick thank you before she turns to go back to her table. Today is Daiyan's day off from work and she planned to just relax and enjoy herself the whole day with her favourite hot chocolate from her favourite cafe. Looking up from her drink, she instantly stops in her track when she sees someone else is sitting at her table. Feeling slightly unsure, she looks around the cafe to make sure that she's not going in the wrong direction. She doesn't want to embarrass herself by going to the wrong table. After arguing with her inner self for a good 2 minutes, she decided to just go to her table, since her stuff is still there. Daiyan can't help but observe the guy in front of her as she put her drink on the table. The guy is so focused on his phone that he didn't notice that Daiyan already take a seat in front of him. When she noticed that the male won't look up from his phone anytime soon, she decided to fake a cough just to grab his attention "Excuse me, sir," she offers him a friendly smile.

@lee sungkyung ᶠ On a particularly dead day, at a particularly dead time of the day, Kangjoon stumbled into the cafe with his cheap dinosaur laptop to study for a final that required online materials he'd use the cafe's wifi for. There was nobody but him and the waitress on duty in the room, which was nice since he'd frequented this cafe so often that he'd become friends with her. "Hey Sungkyung," He called out as he placed his laptop on a table next to an outlet, but also near the cashier counter, "Slow day? Could you get me a water?"

@daiyan trisha ᶠ As he finished ordering a cup of coffee, Kangjoon glanced over at the tables at the cafe. It's a pretty busy time of the day, so most of the tables are already occupied, but there was one table that looked completely empty, so naturally, Kangjoon took a seat while he waited for his drink to be called out, which seemed like a while with how busy the cafe was. He didn't mind, he had his phone to keep him company as he waited at his table, oblivious to the jacket that had occupied the chair before him.
