Bonfire

@ᵇˑᵇᵉᵗᵃ ❝o.sehun❞ Yeonseok fell to his knees, the smoke from the fire stinging his eyes as he didn't even glance to the other to see him stop and turn back. His entire body went numb. Even his thoughts. "I'm afraid not" he whispered, drawling his duffel bag into his arms and hugging it tightly before slowly getting up to stand. "I love you. I've always loved you. And I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." He shook his head, his words unable to find their real meaning as he tore off towards the direction of the ocean, his chest swelling with pain as he had no more tears left to spill.

@ᵘˑᵐᵘ ❝y.yeonseok❞ Sehun's mind yelled at him to stop, to stop hurting his brother, but the younger one was tired of their and lies, he was tired of the feelings in general. Humming softly, he turned palm over and made the wind disappear, making sure his bangs were hiding his glossy eyes. He stood there in silence, looking at the other's back. "I won't pity you. I looked for you, I waited for you, I believed that you were alive. I looked up at you, I admired you..I loved you and this is what you did. Brothers don't do this , Yeonseok hyung." He called the other by his name to make his point. "Not anymore. I saw you, I learned the truth and I can tell you one thing. Sehunnie died. Your parents died and all you have now is this monster." The beta turned around and walked away from his only family left, his steps being heavy and shoulders dropping lower. Turning to the side to peek at the other, he straightened his posture and dedicated a playful smirk, looking like the ceo Oh everyone knew. "Till we meet again, brother"

@ᵇˑᵇᵉᵗᵃ ❝o.sehun❞ Yeonseok stood powerless against his brother, shoulders dropping as his gaze fell to the ground. He didn't have it in him to blame anyone except himself for what had happened. He was the mistake. Something he constantly reminded himself when he thought maybe there was a chance he belonged somewhere. Tears steamed down his cheeks in silence, feeling the words of his beloved brother carve deep into his heart, head hung in shame of the very life he so selfishly clung to just to be able to see him one last time.

@ᵘˑᵐᵘ ❝y.yeonseok❞ "Lived for me?" he let out another chuckle, that kind of what broke the air and mocked the older. "In all these years you lived only for yourself. Exactly like those who tried to go against me" the beta simply said and lifted up his palm, looking at the small tornado, forming on it. "We aren't blood brothers, half blood. If water is your power then i wonder who cheated.. was it mom or dad?" He lips, not caring that his heart did indeed bleed with those harsh words, but Sehun wasn't weak, no he lived without Yeonseok for such a long time, he can live more.

@ᵇˑᵇᵉᵗᵃ ❝o.sehun❞ Yeonseok stopped in his tracks, confusion flooding his thoughts and clouding his judgement once he heard the news of their parents. Now they were gone and Sehun was no longer the child he once knew, he had lost everything. The bag slipped from his fingers, turning to face the beta a broken man. "All these years, I lived for you." His voice cracked, fingers clutching at the bullet as the silver began to burn into his skin, his grip tightening when the pain no longer brought him comfort. "Hoping one day we could be reunited. If my death will heal your wounded heart then my life is yours to take"

@ᵘˑᵐᵘ ❝y.yeonseok❞ Sehun let out an airy chuckle, fixing the sleeves of his jacket. "They are dead. As soon as you left they died. They died from my hand. " The beta lifted up his wrist to observe the shinny buttons, keeping his sleeve together. "I am not that cute baby brother you had. I am a beta and since you are in an enemy pack, that makes us enemies, right?" Sehun thought that return of his beloved brother would melt his frozen heart. It almost did, until Yeonseok crossed the line. Bento was his new family and Yeonseok left him when he needed him the most, it hurt when the male himself said it was his choice to leave, leading to Sehun being an oblivious little thing and hoping that the brother would return and it would be real. No one in this world loved Oh Sehun and he intended to return the favor. Destroy every bit of feeling he had, even if he had to kill his own flesh and blood

@ᵇˑᵇᵉᵗᵃ ❝o.sehun❞ Yeonseok's arms fell to his side's along with his heart into the sinking pit of his stomach. "I left because it was best for all of us." He exhaled, voice wavering at the evident lie as he took a step back, reaching down to gather up the straps of his duffel bag and pick up the scarce existence of his only possessions. "You should go too. And it would be best if you kept this from our parents. They don't need to know about this" he swallowed thickly, clutching the bag to his chest where he wished Sehun was once again, missing the affection and love from his childhood he was once showered with, taking a few heavy steps towards the direction of the ocean.

@ᵘˑᵐᵘ ❝y.yeonseok❞ Sehun pulled away and wiped his face with his sleeve, blinking up at the male. "True pack? but you are a wind wolf, hyung- what?" he stared dumbfounded at the older male, was he even his older brother? Sehun took another step back when he tried to cling to the younger, pushing hands in his pockets. "Why am i always the only one not knowing that is happening around?" He muttered out in frustration and ran fingers through his hair, suddenly the ground being more interesting for him than his own brother. The beta was getting mad at everything and everyone, being clueless was his least favorite thing. His gaze lifted up to observe that the male hadn't change much after all these years, he was still carbon copy of sehun and his dad, still chubbier than the youngest oh, yet a lot taller than the male was. Sehun's eyes squinted as he exhaled loudly and whispered in his husky voice. "at first my own powers and now this?"

@ᵇˑᵇᵉᵗᵃ ❝o.sehun❞ "Ula is my true pack" Yeonseok answered quietly, his heart softening at the child as he reached up to brush the tears from Sehun's cheeks. He chose his words carefully, still unaware of the current status of their parents as he offered the other a sincere smile. It broke him knowing he was forced to face his brother even when he had asked specifically not to be involved with the bento affairs. But there was no turning back from this now, drawling Sehun back into his arms, enveloping him in a tight hug as silent tears began to fall. Even if Ula was his pack, this was his true family, keeping his arms tightly wound around the other and feeling like he had finally come back home after all these years, taking a moment to cling to the feeling even if it wouldn't last past tonight for fear of their parents.

@ᵘˑᵐᵘ ❝y.yeonseok❞ Sehun listened to his slow breathing, head laying down on the taller's shoulder. It felt nice, it felt like it was supposed to be, it felt like a family. More tears rolled down his cheeks as the older brother pulled away, gripping his wide shoulders and staring at him. His question made him blink, were they supposed to fight? He would have taken down anyone, even the stronger one than himself only to satisfy his ego, but Yeonseok was the person he would never fight. Yeonseok was his only love, the only member of his sick and twisted family that he cherished. And now as he was back, Sehun refused to let him go once more. "W-why are you here? T-the ula pack?" The infamous poker faced seducer looked like a little child he used to be, his nose being runny and red, cheeks moist with tears and eyes for once not being squinted in a fierce stare, were wide open.

@ᵇˑᵇᵉᵗᵃ ❝o.sehun❞ The immediate switch from a fierce pack second to his little brother happened all to soon at the sound of his voice nearly questioning if it was him as if the other had seen a ghost. "It's me, hunnie." He whispered in assurance, his heart wrenching from his chest as he finally sank into the embrace when Sehun tore across the fire to land into his arms, pulling his baby brother to him even though he knew it would destroy him in the end. I missed you. I love you. I'm proud. Three sentences he couldn't manage to spill even if they rang heavy in his heart with pure, sweet truths. His grip around the other only tightened, refusing to let him go for the mere few moments they could share reunited. "Sehun. Why was I brought here." Yeonseok whispered hoarsely, still unsure of the matter at hand that was tasked to him, grabbing Sehun by the shoulders to pry him back while blinking away the tears. He was extremely concerned, knowing he wouldn't have been sentenced here to face his own family unless it was to strike a heavy blow to the other for an intended reason. "What's this about?"

@ᵘˑᵐᵘ ❝y.yeonseok❞ Sehun froze. The voice, the same voice that kept haunting him for 12 years, the same voice he grew to love and hate so much. The male dug nails in his own palm, it was a precaution that he indeed wasn't asleep. Stepping closer to the fire, it took him only one wave of his hand to calm the fire and make it smaller, his brown eyes widening at the sight of the brother. His own brother he lost years ago. A lone tear rolled down his cheek, it was an unusual sight. Sehun had built a wall inside of him, like a hedgehog using it's needles to protect the tiny animal inside. His tall, stone walls were wavering, about to fall down and be crushed by the simple sight of his brother. "H-hyung.." The beta's knees almost gave in, he felt like that lanky teenager, clinging to his older brother for support. He felt like that weak teenager, being bathed in hyung's affection and love. He wanted to turn time back, to be with his brother when he needed him the most. The male was about to run, hug and embrace his hyung before it hit him, he was in the water's pack - their enemy - the ula. Was he a spy? Was he sent as a mere forbidden fruit to lure him into the danger? Sehun was no eve and yeonseok was no forbidden apple, he shook his head, such thoughts made it throb. The beta didn't think twice as he moved to cross the fire and bump his body against the taller's, embracing his brother in a loving hug. and then he let the tears roll down his pale cheeks.

@ᵇˑᵇᵉᵗᵃ ❝o.sehun❞ He only needed to hear the voice for everything to fall into place why he was chosen for this meeting. He took a deep breath, pausing as the memories came flooding back, his grip around the bullet tightening until it began to burn into his palm, replacing the old scars with new ones as he turned to face his half brother. "They don't need an army when they have me." Yeonseok managed to breathe out calmly, his gaze softening and a faint smile carving into his lips and hidden in the shadows of the night as he came to face his little brother. He fought back the tears, reminding himself this was no family reunion as he stood his ground, admiring how much the other had grown up into a strong, noble wolf that made him proud.

@ᵘˑᵐᵘ ❝y.yeonseok❞ Sehun was angry. The day wasn't going smooth as he had planned. It all started with the meeting of shareholders, the old geezers decided that he was too immature for his place, making the younger go on a rampage. Second of all, his alpha was making him mad. The older one decided that it was beta who should go to this meeting, it was a peace treaty between two packs, yet Sehun knew - this battle won't be without any bloodshed. his lips and pushing his hands inside of his pockets, the male walked to the meeting place. It was a dark place, only thing he saw was the huge bonfire separating him from a silhouette. He squinted and tried to see who it was, yet even his wolf eyes failed him. Yes, Sehun went to the meeting alone and he was sure he would take the other's down without any problem, he was the invincible oh sehun after all. Seeing that the male was alone, Sehun smirked, it was going smooth as planned. "I thought ula would come as an army against one bento. " He mocked the other and stood there all mighty and self confident.

@ᵇˑᵇᵉᵗᵃ ❝o.sehun❞ Yeonseok was covered in black patches of oil spearing across his white tank top, face and body. In an urgent call he was summoned back to his clan, standing at the destined meeting place as he took a deep breath, letting it out slowly as he dropped the camouflaged duffel bag containing all his belongings to the ground, gripping the silver bullet laced on his necklace in a tight grip, feeling the sting of the metal under his skin as a constant reminder of who he was. He didn't have time to ask why this meeting was called, staring into the depths of the flames, lost inside them as he awaited the arrival of the unknown stranger he was supposed to face.

@ᵁˑᶤᵒᵗᵃ ❝m.yoongi❞ yes, yes I'm great I know /tries to lighten up the mood a little bit with some jokes/ It's okay, I promise I won't tell anyone that you cry around me /pats your head as I let out a sigh because me myself isn't really a fan of humans and thinks it would be better if they were gone, but doesn't say anything to not hurt you and stay objective with this subject/ You're a good doctor, I'm sure he won't die when you're the one treating him.....And other packs can take care of their own selves, don't worry about it /caressing your black hair/ Believe me, you know when to do the right thing way better than me

And I'm gonna fight anyone who dares to even think otherwise /nods proudly of myself/ Yoon.......We can't force others to think in a certain way! We can't force them to see what they can't, all we can do is try to lead them to the right way, but that may not always work.....But that doesn't mean we change our own principals for others

@ᵁˑᶤᵒᵗᵃ ❝m.yoongi❞ /blinks, taken aback by the sudden statement, which was obviously not right/ Why would you think that people hate you? /looks at you with a raised eyebrow/ I don't see that! /let's out a sigh as I look back at the fire/ Even though, your words aren't true, people ......They know how to do nothing but hurt others

@ᵁˑᶤᵒᵗᵃ ❝m.yoongi❞ /Let's you take the lead as we walk to the bonfire/ it's okay, things tend to get a bit crazy with everyone gathered around like that.....like, obviously not everyone get along that we'll /Chuckles and shake my head at you/ I tend to say weird things.....but it wasn't meant as an insult, believe me /gets closer to the fire, eyes twinkling as I look at it/ so pretty.
