Finding hope's fostering
One // Everyone will get paired for fostering, and you will continue to be placed in different homes until a family opts in to adopt you.
Two // If you found the family you want to stay with you can either ask them to adopt you, or they will offer if they wish, and then you will tell the admins that you found the perfect family, and you'd like to adopt them.
Three // Mainly fostering will take place randomly, and there might not be multiple people fostered at once, but we might have to occasional event to pair multiple with a family at once.
Four // As a parent you may have multiple foster kids at once, and after at least fostering 3 kids, or adopting a few children you can opt out of fostering kids for a while.
