Emperor's Bedroom

@Emperor Jongin "No, its not. Its stiff and only swollen because I can't properly prop it up on the sand." she sighs softly moving to lay her head on his chest. "And it should be re-wrapped after I wash it." she says, noticing the sun is beginning to set. "We should probably eat dinner before it gets any later, don't you think?" she asks him as a groggy voice from Min chimes in about being hungry and when dinner will be.

@Empress Luna Noting that his wife was in pain, Jongin sighed, scooting a little closer and lounging next to her. "Your ankle wasn't broken was it? It seems to have you in a lot of pain." he mentioned, noting that her foot was quite swollen through the bandage. "Do I need to re-wrap it when we get to the cottage? I don't mind." he said, gently touching her leg.

@Emperor Jongin Luna chuckles softly, leaning forward and kissing the top of Sehun's hair, chuckling as he just fusses about being babied. "Our sleep schedules were messed up for so long when he finally was sleeping during the night." she giggles. Looking, she smiles as she meets his eyes. "I miss this too." she says softly, as she stretches out, wincing at the pain shooting through her ankle when she moves it.

@Empress Luna "God, don't remind me," Jongin said, sighing as he looked at Sehun with a grin. "I remember walking the floors, the both of us taking turns, trying to get him to sleep, and the only time he would ever knock out was during the day." The man snorted as he spoke, shaking his head slowly. "Those were the days...I agree, I wouldn't have changed it for a thing." he said, looking Luna in the eye. "I missed this...and you...and just...being a family." he said softly, gazing at her fondly.

@Emperor Jongin Luna chuckles softly as she sees Woojin and Krystal already napping. "I know, I wish they were still small." she says softly, running her fingers through Sehun's hair, showing her oldest some affection as he reads a book while relaxing. At the mention of her baby girl, Luna looks at the sleeping child, chucking softly. "She was such a handful, but I wouldn't change it for anything." she says. "And this one here," she chuckles motioning to Sehun, "never wanted to sleep."

@Empress Luna There was no misunderstanding, and Jongin was grateful that Seungyeon would be cared for along with the babies while he was gone. But at the same time...he wasn't sure how he felt about his mistress and his wife...speaking. None the less, it was no longer important, and he pushed it far out of his mind as he relaxed with his family. It was nice, spending this time together and being together, being with his children. He hadn't realized how much they'd grown in the last few months, gazing at each one fondly with a soft sigh. Woojin was already so big, Jongin could remember when he was a small boy. "They're all getting so big," Jongin mused, running his hand through Krystal's hair. The little girl had fallen asleep on his chest. "I miss the days when they were babies." he kissed her forehead and looked at Luna. "Then again, Min did give us a run for our money when she was born." he chuckled.

@Emperor Jongin It doesn't take a genius to know Jongin doesn't seem to happy. "I rather her not be working to take care of herself, but if she is then I atleast want her to have regular check ups with the doctor. That's all, nothing more and nothing less." she says softly, hoping to clarify any potential misunderstandings that might arise from her words. Luna chuckles softly, as she sees a tired Woojin making his way over and shortly after is her two oldest boys. Sitting up, and with the help of the girls, Luna passes out their lunches, Woojin falling asleep next to her once he finishes eating.

@Empress Luna As surprised as Jongin was by the information his wife gave him, he tried not to let it bother him, merely nodding in response. There wasn't much else he could do anyway, if Luna wanted she could have Seungyeon thrown in prison for what she'd done, no less for sleeping with her husband. And Jongin wouldn't have been able to do one thing. He chose to push his thoughts out of his head and focus on being with his family. He would be having more children soon, and he wanted to spend as much time with them as possible. He smiled over at Luna who rested with the girls, playing a game with Sehun as they swam around in the water. When the boys had had enough he took them to the shore to eat, sitting down with them and enjoying their family meal.

@Emperor Jongin Once they were alone, Luna sighs softly. "I'm only going to say this today, but I bumped into Seungyeon earlier, and you know I'm not to fond of her, however, that doesn't make me heartless however. But I'm just letting you know, I have Lisa with her, making sure she has regular appointments with the doctor. I don't need her overworking and jeopardizing her health or the babies health." she says, deciding that being honest with Jongin about it, is the best thing she can do to help improve her marriage. "And I do trust you so much, but I also know how busy you are that you can't always be with us." she says reaching back to grasp her hand as she is taken to their room where she is more or less telling Jongin on what to bring with them. Once in the carriage, she is thankful for his help, and keeping her ankle steady during the bumpy ride. Upon arrival and being laid into the warm sand, Luna watches as her children play near the water, hearing the laughter coming from their sons and Jongin and playing in the water she keeps an eyes on her two girls as she lays there and lets her skin absorb the warmth of the sun.

@Empress Luna Jongin nodded in response to his wife, smiling a little as he d her hand. This would be good for him, for the both of them. They needed to get to know each other again and grow, they'd spent too much time apart, it felt like Jongin had forgotten who his wife was. "Come, we'll get you ready." he said, helping the queen up from her chair and placing her in the wheel chair they'd found for her, pushing her toward their bedroom. Once everyone was packed and ready the carriage was off to the beach, Jongin making sure Luna kept her foot propped up on his leg as they rode along. And once they were settled at the beach, Jongin began playing with his children, running around in the water with his boys and laughing with them, something he hadn't done in a long time.

@Emperor Jongin Seeing the children happily run back to their rooms, she giggles softly. Her eyes become soft and fond, "I missed this so much." She says softly feeling her hand being taken, "I'll take you up on that offer." She giggles, at the mention of being alone she hums. "I'd like that."

@Empress Luna Jongin nodded, finishing his tea and telling the children to get ready. Once they left he looked at Luna and took her hand, smiling softly and stroking her hand. "If need be, I can carry you." he said, giving a soft sigh. He wondered how the day would go, wanting to spend time with his wife alone as well. It had been so long since they were intimate together, he missed her. "Maybe we can stay in the cottage. That way we can have some alone time." he suggested.

@Emperor Jongin Luna is finishing up her breakfast as she thinks about what he says, "We can, but I'll need help with walks on the sand." she says hearing the cheers from the four children about going to the beach. She giggles, "I guess that settles that." she says, as one of the maids comes out to clean up the dishes. "Have the staff prepare a picnic to go please." she asks the woman.

@Empress Luna Jongin hummed softly, as he looked among the children, gazing back at his wife. "Well, I don't see why we couldn't go to the beach," he said softly, looking to Luna. "So long as we keep you from hurting yourself, you can go in the water, or sit on the beach side with the girls. Now, shopping might have to wait, but the beach and a picnic is possible, wouldn't you think, darling?" Jongin asked, taking a sip of his tea as he gazed at his wife.

@Emperor Jongin Luna thinks about it for a moment, "Well, originally I figured we could go to the city or beach, but being confined to the castle, I'm not sure anymore." she says hearing the noise level pick up from the children demanding different promises, Krystal and Min wanting to go shopping, Sehun and Woojin both for the beach, after calming all of them down, Luna giggles and promises they would do just that when they could. "But, what should we do today though?"

@Empress Luna "So...what did you have in mind today?" Jongin asked, sitting at the head of the table as they began to eat. It was strange having this all again, but...Jongin couldn't deny enjoying it. He gazed at his children, smiling and stroking young Krystal's face, his stare soft. "My pretty girl." he mused, looking back to Luna and waiting for her reply. In the back of his mind he thought of the twins, knowing he would need to check on Seungyeon once he got home, but for now he focused on his family, watching them all in content.

@Emperor Jongin Luna had woken up a bit earlier, deciding to do a small surprise for her family. So she manages to make her way downstairs to the the kitchen, despite the protests from everyone, she didn't sway. Of course she used their help to make breakfast, but as everyone was waking up and getting ready for their day, the food was being completed and set at the table. Once it was done, and the staff offered to clean up despite her making the mess, she concedes to their wishes and goes to sit down at the table, and smiles brightly at seeing her children's smiles, hugging and kissing all of them. Seeing Jongin walk into the room, she places a kiss on his cheek. "Good Morning." she says, watching Jongin and their children interact. As they ate, she feels her heart becoming a bit peaceful at the noise of her family as they all discussed what it was they would do today.

@Empress Luna It was the next day after Luna had come home, the man agreeing to meet with his wife and have a family day. He knew that things were still tense, and with the queen's ankle they had to be careful. So getting away from the palace was a no go. He hoped they would at least be able to have a good day with the children, the man dressing in his fine robes and making his way to meet his wife with the children. "Good morning," he spoke, walking to Luna and kissing her forehead before greeting the children.
