the hebra trailhead lodge is a lodge located in at the foot of Rospro Pass in Hebra Mountains region of Hyrule. According to someone's Notes found inside the cabin, a legendary Shield Surfer set up the lodge for shield surfers, treasure hunters, and anyone else visiting the mountains and left behind a notebook containing information on how to survive on the mountain.
