@✙ wooyoung vlatka. ᵃ san had half the mind to soften the impact of his back against the wall using the air that surrounded them. he couldn't, however, stop venom from clutching his neck, san's own hands only going up to venom's wrist as his lips parted to breathe. the flow of oxygen in his body was immediately cut off, and a gasp fell from san's lips, his fingers digging into the bruises of venom's bruises. the thing was between the two of them — neither of them would go for the kill, even when the opportunity rose. san knew of venom's desire to end the patron's life — how he could he not know honestly, when venom's blood lust was almost as strong as san's enemies from the auryleians? but san was certain the two of them were aware as well, of how easy it would be for san to end this ridiculous attempt at ending his life. san's ability at controlling the winds was far superuor than venom, and slicing the younger's arm off? too easy, which was san didn't, and he let himself be strangled, venom's fingers holding too strongly at san's neck that the latter was certain it was going to bruise later on.

now how was he supposed to explain that his wing leader almost strangled him to death? perhaps saying that he got these marks from would be easier.

san's lungs screamed for oxygen, and when he was so, so close to passing out, venom suddenly let go, and san's feet eased onto the group. both coughing and gasping for breath, san held a hand up to touch his neck, and he winced lightly. yes, there were definitely marks. san didn't even to look at a mirror to try and guess how long these purplish blemisbes would stay upon his porcelain skin. it was a display of power than san knew venom enjoyed, especially with san — oh, he'd met quite alot of people that wanted to kill him, yet venom was the only one that had become interesting enough for the patron to tolerate venom's stubborn . that interest was the only thing stopping san from outright ending venom's life — that, and san couldn't possibly trust the air coven in wooseok's hands. the man was going to die before san, that was for sure.

"eh, but what's the fun in that?" san's voice didn't shake that much even after getting choked. "you're much more entertaining when you're riled up, darling," he said. "besides, that gives you a reason to be angry, right? i'm helping you let out steam! what an ungrateful brat." san raised an eyebrow when venom touched the patron's chin, though he didn't lose his composure, lips parting to speak when he was suddenly forced to his knees, his whole body flinching when his knees touched the rough ground. oh. san hadn't seen that coming, but he should have expected that, huh. like the confident man that he was, unwavering, his lips merely curled up into a rather innocent smile. "do you think they'd live enough to tell the tale?" he asked, tone almost genuine, before he raised an eyebrow. "you sure fancy having me beneath you, love."

@⚜ san vlatka. ᵃ his expression turning ice cold at the other, this er's been testing him. was he tha bored that he decided pissing him off would just be the case for entertainment? oh, venom's quite aware that san seeks to be amused by simply taunting him until he burst, quite aware that san's excitement was determined on how angry he could be and quite aware that he's nothing more than an accessory and tool for san to be able to use someday but of course, venom wouldn't let himself be used too easily unless he deemed it as necessary.

without another word, venom charged towards the patron. his hand aiming for his neck as his back hits against the wall from behind. his hold tightens and to be honest, it's easy for him to just kill him right off with a flick of his wrist but he thinks that day would be another day to come but right now, he's so mad that he might as well considered death as an option to do.

"forget about the key, you're just simply pissing me off, aren't you?" venom rebuked, "you didn't do these s to discipline wooyoung, you just aimed to get into my nerves. just how bored are you? huh?" he then lets go of the patron before turning to his heels and grabbing the key that fell off to the ground due to his action earlier, using it to unlock the chains and free his wrists. ugly rings of purplish bruises decorates his skin, making him grimace at the sight alone then he turns back to the vlatkan patron.

"could have just asked nicely so i could have entertained you in my own will, but no, you just had to bring out such bull." he spits, whether or not one would believe but venom is easy to comply if he was asked in an appropriate manner, he's that personality that reciprocates what others do to him or wooyoung. see? he's not much of a monster like how the other views him as, actually, he's only a monster due to the power and strength that he has compared to wooyoung. "you want to be entertained, right?" he cocked his head to the side as his fingers touches san's chin.

"then i'll entertain you alright, but first you have to get onto your knees." he said but of course, he knew just how stubborn san can be so he forced him through air pressure, he controlled the wind to be able to excute a gravitanional pull kind of technique just so the other would be forced to do what was said.

" my, my. it's a beautiful sight to see yet what do you think your followers would say or think if they saw their patron on their knees in front of a wing leader?"

@✙ wooyoung vlatka. ᵃ "hoooh," san drawled out, his amusement coloring his features as he blinked, eyes widening slightly — that was a feat in itself, however, his eyes were almost like a fox's, curved into small crescents naturally. of course, the patron was well aware of how wooyoung and venom worked — san was the one who caused it, after all. he'd had an inkling, but after interacting with venom enough, san's assumptions were confirmed. it was how he managed to manipulate two personalities too easily, no matter how much venom wanted to believe that he was standing up against the vlatkan patron. too bad for the younger witch — san vlatka was always two or three steps ahead. "you're talking a lot today. missed me that much, eh?" he said, though venom's words rang through. it was of no use to hold someone through fear. it might be effective, but not in the long run. fear would inspire rebellion sooner or later, and a rebellion would be something that san didn't want to waste his time with. a rebellion was something he could easily disperse, unless it was against his well chosen wing leaders — especially if he were against wooseok and venom, not wooyoung.

"oh he will come to that realization, but when?" san said, his hand gesturing as if he was trying to prove point. "when will wooyoing realize, venom? he can't keep running away forever — this is the truth of the world he lives—we live in. this is what it means to be a fighter, a survivor, and that's what i'm trying to teach him." it didn't matter if venom found him sincere or not — it had always been hard to tell with the patron. his intentions were always hidden so well unless his lips spilled, but even then, the words from his mouth would mix with a tantamount of lies that would make the truth harder to distinguish. lying, see, came to san as easily as breathing — a skill that san had begun to learn that was necessary to survival since he was younger. never ever tell the enemies one's intentions unless they were very confident of being able to see through the end.

it was one of the basic rules san had laid down for himself to follow, and he was doing quite well, honestly.

san merely grinned at venom's response to his taunts. it was so, so easy to rile venom up — or perhaps san had simply gotten too good at riling people up that it came too easily to him? whichever it was, that didn't change the fact that san thoroughly enjoyed it, seeing the dark expressions that would flash in that pretty face. "really? prove it then," he said, tone cheeky as he tilted his head to the side. "i'm sure you can, yes?"

the patron wasn't surprised when venom started struggling against the chains. it wasn't a secret around the coven if what wooyoung — or venom, at least, was capable of doing. if san was the brains of the coven, venom was sheer strength, one that would render any plan useless unless thoroughly prepared by simply using his fist. it was beautiful in a way — a sliver of magnificence in the cruel world they lived in. jung wooyoung was a curious specimen, and san would love to explore every bit and side of the younger witch. san watched with morbid curiosity and entertainment as venom pulled through, observed how the ceiling cracked with the pressure of his strength. when chunks of the wall followed the chains, san almost laughed, before he raised both of his hands on either sides as if surrendering. "oops," he said. "i didn't expect you to pull that out literally, darling," he continued on. the air dispersed by his left palm, and immediately a key appeared. it was the key that san had claimed to have thrown away, yet here it was, sitting perfectly by his palm. "i forgot i was holding it. is this what you wanted?"

@⚜ san vlatka. ᵃ he snorts when the other responded, it's an act. venom knew that it was only an act the way san was exaggerating and it actually sets off his nerves. pretending? the patron was rather terrible at it, well a lot get fooled but he was able to get through that facade of his, how? oh, simple actually 一 he'd seen it all, not only through his eyes but as well as wooyoung's. you see, they have so much of a difference and the only thing in common that they have is the body that they both can take control of. so, wooyoung asleep right now isn't he? whenever venom's the one in-charge, the other decides to remain unconscious unlike venom who remains active, yes he would asleep to take rest but he was active enough to catch up with the happenings when it was wooyoung who lives it out. basically, whatever is done to him would get inflicted to the active secondary mind, so if san did something to wooyoung, venom would get to experience it to which is why he understood the fear on his part but the dark personality has too much pride to even let a single fear strike into him, instead, it was rage that fuels him up. he's rather vengeful as well, he wouldn't just let it be, he'll actually get back to san for what he had done. an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth and the bastard was doing things on purpose towards wooyoung, seems like it's his way to say that's what he wants venom to do to him, could have told him directly, yeah?

but no, he projects to his other personality to spite him.

"maybe, he could have been better if you weren't such a piece of ." he gritted through his teeth, and it was true on his part 一 the way san had treated the other wasn't a way to make him strong and fearless, no, he made wooyoung have the strongest fear in him and that's the patron itself, all he wanted afterwards was to escape and venom gets the same urge at times but of course, prideful, remember? he wouldn't just back down just like that, oh... he's the kind to run into danger and create trouble, but why? and for what? for wooyoung, yet the boy can't see his efforts, can't see how this personality just cares despite the wrong impression he has on him. everything that he does, was for wooyoung and just little for himself. "bet your that he's going to be so since the biggest fear that he has is towards you, the world is just minor but you? oh, he's just doing everything for you through fear." he laughs but there was nothing funny on what he had said. "he'll realize where he stands and what he should start becoming once he gets to see how serious everything gets that yes it's survival but he has to engage and fight, not run and cower that he ends up begging on his knees." perhaps, he's revealing too much that he needs to shut the up but where is he wrong honestly? where's the lie in his words? he only spoke the truth and nothing but the truth.

just when he tries to calm himself down, san just had to add fuel to the fire. "you what?" he growled amd he has this sudden urge to rip off that fake innocence from the patron's face, it doesn't suit him at all, really especially when he knew his intention as of this moment. he clenched his jaw, eyes twitching due to irritation and annoyance. "are you underestimating me? just because i was asleep or not so active doesn't mean i've became a weakling." why was he even letting san's words affect him? he knew, just knew that it's all intentional yet he couldn't help but get affected.

his hands curling into a fist, he wouldn't be able to break off the chains with use of his ability since they were made of iron, a metal of their weakness. he focused and tried to find his momentum before he starts pulling the chains on his wrists, his legs cooperating along to give him more force. if power can't be used then strength shall be it 一 it's quite interesting that despite sharing the same body, venom and wooyoung displayed different levels of pain tolerance and strength wherein venom was on top of the other in both aspects. a pained scream gets ripped off from his larynx as the pain around his wrists increases, his veins around his forehead and neck being visible as he tries to break off the chain. a few seconds passes by and instead of breaking the chains like he needed them to be, he managed to completely take off the chains from the wall that it was attached to, a chunk of concrete still by the very ends as he pants, catching his breathe yet not even breaking a sweat.

"so, where the did you throw away keys at?"

@✙ wooyoung vlatka. ᵃ "oh!" san pressed the tips of his fingers against one another by his chest as if he'd just realized his error, though anyone who knew him would know that was on purpose. he was simply like that. "i forgot, you see. it's been a while since i last saw you after all, venom." a teasing tune laced the other's name. san's influence over the younger's life was... rather astounding. as far as he knew, he was also the cause of why venom had come to life in the first place, though he didn't know completely. wooyoung refused to talk about venom as much as he could — refused to talk to san as much as possible, actually. it felt like san was truly taking care of a child rather than an adult who was only mere years younger than the patron, though he supposed that was to be expected. san hadn't met wooyoung when the latter was at his best, nor did san get wooyoung to join the vlatkan coven under the best circumstances.

ah, the past they shared was quite similar to one he shared with someone else, and san wondered if it was because history was simply the type to repeat itself, or if it was because of his former... ah, caretaker? owner? matron—if it was because of his former matron's influence over him as well. after all, san had practically grown up with madonna vlatka, after all. taking after her habits and mannerisms wouldn't be strange. should he have tried harder to be different? or should he have tried to be 'better'?

hm. too much effort was needed, and he was too lazy to exert that much effort into anything.

ah yes, this confidence was what pulled san toward venom more than the original inhibitor of said body. though san wouldn't normally entertain such blatant disrespect to his authority, wooyoung — or rather, venom was a different story. it was amusing, none too irritating, and it was an effective way of battling boredom. now, if only venom came out more often than not, but san supposed he couldn't have all the good things in life at such an early age.

had san lost too much hope in the world that he found even this as entertaining? most likely. but then again, had there ever been a time where san had been hopeful in a world that was merely full of battles for survival? perhaps if he'd lived in auryleis, he might change his perspective — but vlatka had shown him a more cruel part of the world, and he didn't know whether he should be thankful as it was the reason for him living this long. "improving, you say?" san repeated, raising an eyebrow as he acted as though he was seriously contemplating it. in the end, he smiled pleasantly once more, shrugging his shoulders. "perhaps. he still has a long way to go. i fear i might be dead by the time he comes out of that cowardly shell of his, then i wouldn't be able to witness the man he'd have become by then."

the patron's eyes flickered lightly to the chains as venom tried to tug on them. ah, that must have stung. wooyoung had been fighting against those chains rather strongly too. san let out a soft and long hum, before he raised his hands to his sides as if in surrender, the expression on his mien still disgustingly innocent as his smile made his eyes disappear into crescents, and he cocked his head to the side. "oh, i'm sorry, dear. i might have thrown the keys away when you were sleeping. besides, you can escape that on your own, can't you?" his eyes opened, gaze dark and focused on the other. "unless all those weeks spent sleeping had exhausted your power down? if that's the case, then really, i would be so disappointed, darling."

@⚜ san vlatka. ᵃ the man snarled when the patron called by another name, a name that didn't belong to him but rather to another which was currently asleep at this moment 一 too tired of this world that's why he lets the other come out and take over, who was actually doing better. "favorite wooyoung? is that what you call me now? really?" he knows that san was just pissing him off and it's working, "don't call me by that coward's name, you're the one who gave me a name to separate us from one another, get it right you bastard." he barks. it's easy, too easy to set him off especially when it comes to names, he didn't like it if anyone calls him as wooyoung because he /isn't/ wooyoung at all.

he prefers venom, a name that san gave him when he first came into being, a name that seems to fit in well with his personality. venom, dangerous and deadly 一 indeed he was because compared to wooyoung, he wouldn't hesitate in using their power to bring havoc if given the chance but of course, he isn't reckless like that to just do it for fun though, it's possible that he will.

"aw, just a bit? at least you admit than not, no? so i'll take it." venom smirked as he added, "such flattery you're given me, 'master'." he slurred, almost cringing at the title he called the older as. "i have to agree with you, love. but give him some points for trying, he might be a coward but he's improving a way, no? he'll get there soon enough though it's been decades yet he's still like this." this personality accepts the other for who he is and understands on why he's like that, the world and san was just too cruel that wooyoung decided to live to impress through fear and survival yet it isn't the same vice versa, wooyoung sees venom as a monster that needs to be contained, deeming to let him out when it was necessary, it's quite funny, right? but he understood, he understood wooyoung even if the other just doesn't.

snorting at san's reply, he was losing interest by the minute. "yeah yeah, you're quite talented, i ing get it." he proceeds to tug on the chains, hissing when he felt a slight sting around his wrist. wooyoung struggled too much that he obtained bruises 一 ing great. "can you perhaps, get these off from me. can you, darling?" he said in a flirtatious tone but knowing how much of a piece of the patron is, he wouldn't really do it right away or worse, he'll make him free himself from the chains that was restraining him. obviously, it's the latter.

@✙ wooyoung vlatka. ᵃ san truly didn't know whether to feel disappointed or not. surely, there were ways of wooyoung becoming the man san wanted him to be, that wouldn't take this much... effort. but the thing was, wooyoung was already /that/ man san wanted him to be, though... that might be confusing to those who weren't aware. san knew the effect he held on wooyoung's life, of how tight his hold on the younger's entire being. it was... rather invigorating, san would say, to have direct control over someone else's life without the other being able to fight against it. the first time they'd met, san had immediately known that he had wanted wooyoung, wanted to have that power under his control. while san was considered a genius in his own right, gifted with wits almost unrivaled by others, wooyoung was sheer power and strength that san wouldn't want to be on the opposition side. it was the first and foremost reason why san had taken the effort to force the other into the coven, even if there had been complaints about it.

but of course, since he was san vlatka, their complaints didn't last too long. after all, he was the demon prodigy, a title they themselves had given him, one that demanded respect and authority over the... well, lesser ones. it wasn't too hard to prove the younger's worth either. san simply had to create the correct environment for wooyoung to unleash his full powers. even if wooyoung had hated san for it, san didn't care. san had gotten what he wanted in the end, didn't he?

the pleasant expression san's face dropped into a passive one as he met the younger's eyes, eyes turning rather colder. prove it, huh? san watched as the transformation came through — sadly, it wasn't anything violent, though he supposed he'd get tired of it even more quickly if it were violent. it was fascinating, truly. san might have not lived as long as his elders yet, but for all the times he'd watched, the human psychology was truly amusing to watch. one could never accurately predict what one would do, which was why san had learned how to urge people to go along with the flow he set. wooyoung was particularly enjoyable to watch — it wasn't every day he met someone where two personas lived in a single body, even rarer that it was someone so close to him.

san blinked when the transformation finished, and his lips curled up into a rather coy simper. "why, if it isn't my favorite wooyoung," he said, tilting his chin up a bit. "i must say, i have missed you for quite a bit — you're much easier to tolerate than the other one, after all. plus he isn't as loud as you, and your remarks are rather entertaining," he continued on, before raising an eyebrow at the other's latest words. a melodious laughter erupted from the patron's throat, and he placed his hands on his hips, resting most of his weight on one leg. "he's just too weak, love. and in this world we live in, if you can't take this amount of bull, then how are you going to live?" then he paused, blinking. "oh, but i do take pride in being another level of bull, you know. i believe that takes talent to achieve."

@⚜ san vlatka. ᵃ once the blindfold was taken away, wooyoung didn't have the time to adjust his sight to sudden light before his patron grabbed him by the jaw, san wasn't even gentle at all and that made the younger whimper out. he was aware, too aware on how much he had said the same thing over and over yet he ends up breaking his vows and promises to him. when the other let's go, his head hung low and stared at the ground below him — listening to what san have to say and he has a point but then again... he didn't chose this position, it was forced to him and the pressure is just too much. san's expectations to him where just too damn high yet he manage to exceed them at times though, he can't say it's really him, he can say that it is but at the same time it isn't.

here's the explanation for this — with the traumas he had experienced in life, wooyoung developed a split personality disorder wherein it's like having two persons in one body, both personalities are the opposite of each other. if wooyoung is a coward who throws his dignity away way too easily then the other who was too prideful to back down, if wooyoung plans to escape from the clutches of san someday then the other plans to kill the patron and take over — guess who's the one that san prefers the most? his other personality. of course he does, why wouldn't he? that's the exact person that san wants wooyoung to be. strong and brutal.

but you see, wooyoung doesn't let his other personality out ever so often — yes, he's able to control the other and he's able to decide if he wants to let the other take control but that's only when deemed necessary, only when he feels like he couldn't take it anymore and at this moment, that's what he was feeling. he just... couldn't take it anymore, plus... this might as well be the one thing he can prove to san that he's still worthy and it's just because he doesn't want to die, all for survival and with that thought, a dark laughter was heard by the back of his mind, the other is already mocking him, huh?

"i... i'll let him out to prove it you." he mumbled out as he raised his head to look at san, his dark locks slightly covering his eyes and before he knows it, he passes out — his body momentarily being lifeless as his other personality takes over then all of the sudden, the man's body shook as a manic laughter echoes the walls of the dungeon. "finally, the coward decided to let me out after a long time." the man raised his head up, his gaze falling onto the blond that the other calls as 'his patron'. "did you miss me darling?" he cocked his head to the side as a mischievous grin spread all over his lips. "hey, wanna know why little wooyoung decided to just let me out when we both know that he rarely does? because he's tired of your bull you ing bastard."

@✙ wooyoung vlatka. ᵃ the vlatkan patron's eyes narrowed slightly at the sight before him. see, san absolutely adored the ones who held the most amusing expressions when their dignities were stepped upon. perhaps san was being too harsh, but such was the way under his rule, and the ones before his. one might suggest that change was good, but in san's oh so humble opinion, there was no need for change. the vlatkans had their own way of ensuring discipline, and while he hadn't been to the auryleian territory for long enough, risking his life to, say, wander somewhere he shouldn't be, san would say he'd seen enough to have an idea of how the world ran behind the barrier that separated the vlatka and the auryleis. the blatant light that covered the land of auryleis simply felt too different from the vlatkan lands, and he, without a doubt, detested it.

but that was a thought process for another tine. what needed his attention right then was his beloved pet, and san wasn't cruel enough for him to ignore the younger's soft begs, was he?

however... san didn't know whether he was supposed to be disappointed by the other so easily falling into a begging state, so easily forgetting that he was, first and foremost, a vlatkan wing leader — a position rarely given to males due to them being, ah, well, dominated by women — or if he was supposed to be amused by how quick wooyoung was to throw away his dignity if it meant survival. oh, san understood that feeling well. too well, in fact, yet not once in his life had he begged — for someone who had been willing to throw anything to live, he was too damn prideful for his own good.

that was what san had been expecting from wooyoung, so to speak. it wouldn't be too good, if one of his wing leaders were this weak. perhaps wooyoung simply feared san too much, that he would go as far as to kneel down and beg for forgiveness if given the chance. hm, was inflicting fear a bad move in this case then? perhaps, but he would think about doing something about it another time. for now, he was going to make sure that wooyoung wouldn't think about escaping once again. san's own actions reminded him... of a past he didn't want to remember, and that was almost enough to put him in a sour mood. luckily (or unluckily?), he had quite the control over his expressions and most of his emotions — quite an important skill to have, really.

"you'll behave?" san repeated, as though he was talking to a child, before he ripped away the younger's blindfold. heaving a sigh that expressed his disappointment, san played with the blindfold with one hand, making it spin around his pointer. "oh dear little pup, how many times have you told me that before?" he then grabbed the other's jaw rather tightly, and forced the younger to look at the patron. "too many times, love. too many times, but you truly never learn, do you?" sighing once more, san let go of the other's face, moving a few steps backwards as he looked at the other with disappointment glinting in his eyes.

"you need to be more prideful, my little pup," san continued on, eyes turning cold with dissatisfaction. "you are a wing leader, no? /my/ chosen wing leader. if you throw away your dignity so easily like this... my, then what use would i have left for you?" a threat to throw him away — it was most likely something that wooyoung would want, but it wasn't simple throwing away. him being a wing leader meant that he learned of things that he wouldn't have normally known in the slums, and that meant... well, san would have to silence wooyoung, basically. san assumed that wooyoung knew the implications to his words, and he stared at the younger. "how are you going to prove that you're still worthy?"

@⚜ san vlatka. ᵃ when chain was tugged and the cold metal touched wooyoung's already bruised skin, he yelped out by surprised. his hands clenched into fists as he tries to ignore the pain, he didn't like this at all, he hates it 一 he knew how much of a bad idea it was to run away again, really because san warned him for so many times but wooyoung was simply stubborn enough to disobey again and again until he had bow fallen into this situation. for the first time, he started having the feeling of regret within him because of his action though he meant it in a way that he did to san, his past doesn'tget included.

"i一 i don't know..." he doesn't want to answer such question, does he truly deserve more than this? it already felt too much for him, that he couldn't take the pain that feels around his wrists 一 so to say that he deserves more would be something that he think he didn't. it was natural for him in wanting to escape, in wanting to get away from this horrid place. he couldn't just stand there and watch his patron kill people, it's horrible and it traumatized him. it's scary how san's ability to control the wind was so strong that he was able to cut a person's head off with the use of it and wooyoung definitely doesn't want to experience that, not now, not ever.

"i'm sorry... i'm so sorry." he begged with a soft and broken voice, he doesn't want this, he wants to get out of this place because he simply didn:t like it. "master一 please, i wouldn't do it again, i promise!" he said it before and he said it again but this time, he thoroughly means it, no plans of escaping for the next time, nothing since he ever he does it again, san might bot hesitate in considering death on him if he wants to.

"please no punishments, just... please." he couldn't really imagine on what punishment he'll receive this time but he doesn't want to nor receive. "i'll behave! just please, no punishments." he pleaded and he could already feel his eyes stinging from the tears he wanted to let out, but tears won't do any good in this because his patron enjoys it when he ends up crying and especially when he begs.

"i'll do anything to prove it!" and that's just a dangerous step to make but he couldn't take back on what has been said by none other than himself and he has to face the consequences. "please... i'll do anything you want just no punishments..." was it even possible for him to escape a punishment? even with what he just said? he doesn't know, he has so much doubt onto himself.

@✙ wooyoung vlatka. ᵃ an amused chuckle escaped san's lips as he watched wooyoung react to the patron's words, to the lack of freedom, and the deprivation of sight. it was truly entertaining, the way wooyoung would so helplessly try to go against the older, when it was all too obvious that san vlatka would remain victorious in the end. he eyed the chains that spread wooyoung's arms, and it would be too easy for him to cut these off. it would be too easy for wooyoung as well, if only these weren't iron and just normal metal. but what good of a shackle would it be if it couldn't even keep his beloved pet in place? granted, this method was a little too... close to home, but it was the only way he knew how, and it wasn't as if he was seeking a life of redemption.

madonna's ways had been effective, and until the day san found something new, he could continue with it. that was all there was to it.

"it isn't, right? it hurts, right?" san reached up to give one of the chains a sudden tug, making sure that it would leave a bruise on the other's wrist for sure. it was quite unfortunate that wooyoung had a blindfold right then, or else he would have been able to see the sickeningly sweet smile that graced san's features right then. it was simply terrifying, as to how san could so openly enjoy such a violent action with almost childlike excitement. "but don't you think a dog that doesn't even know how to follow his master deserve more than this?"

san leaned back and stretched his arms upwards, his back cracking with a satisfying noise. "I wouldn't resort to this if you haven't gone too far, you know," he said nonchalantly, before he placed his hands by his hips, tilting his head to the side as he raised an eyebrow at the younger. "it's the fifth time already, my small puppy. aren't you getting tired of being dragged here for so many times each time you fail?" truly, san wondered where wooyoung got his hopes of ever escaping the place. powerful as he might be, san's chosen warriors were completely capable of handling monsters such as wooyoung — they were trained to defeat even those who were stronger than them.

if wooyoung had truly wanted to escape, the best and most efficient way to go through it was to eliminate the head, no?

but wooyoung vlatka wouldn't be able to do that. san would make sure he wouldn't.

"now, now, what kind of punishment do you think you're going to receive this time?" he hummed, as though he was thinking, before he raised a hand to his own chin, cocking his head to the other side. "you see, i've grown rather tired of these little shennanigans of yours. a mongrel like you should have just been a good pet and stayed put — but no, you have to go and make trouble for me, don't you?"

@⚜ san vlatka. ᵃ his heart picked up pace as a shiver runs down his spine by just hearing the patron's voice. one would expect wooyoung to be quite accustomed of san by now, especially when they've been with one another for a long time but that's not the case because no matter what, the elder man still has the same effect towards him ever since that fateful day when they've met. oh, wooyoung still vividly remembers the memory alright.

「with his countenance painted with a look of shock as he stared out to what used to be something had turned into nothing, the place to which he calls as his home, the people he called as his friends and family were now gone, wiped out from existence, because of what? because of him, but he swears that it wasn't on purpose — an accident yet he couldn't undo it, no, there's no turning back since what is done is done and all the boy could do was cry in devastation and agony. he couldn't believe that he just wiped them all out just like that, how did it happened? why? those questions would remain unanswered.

"astounding, you managed to wipe out a small village with the flick of your wrist."

wooyoung got startled by the voice that was behind him, he turns to face the owner and the younger lad knew who he was, knew what he had done and what are his capabilities yet what he didn't expected was a promise of peace within the chaos — protection over the wicked and that was far too tempting for him to refuse especially when he was in a state where he couldn't think properly.

"so, what do you say? do you want to come along? or perhaps, you want to rot in this place?"

and he came along with san, taking his hand with his own. at those times, wooyoung felt safe for the first few parts but then san didn't treat him like a human, he treated him like a dog — even called him as one, his favorite one and he thinks that's just messed up but as time passes by, he's gotten used to it.

he has to.

but what he can't get used of what the happenings that he gets to witness, showing how powerful san can be that striked fear within him. he needed to get out, get away from him, that's why he started running away. the attempts he made were all nothing by failure, is it time to give up?

maybe.」

"it isn't," wooyoung responded because he doesn't want to face the consequences of disobeying nor ignoring his patron. "it hurts, my wrists hurts.." he whimpered out a complain, moving as little as possible to avoid hurting his wrists even more. he doesn't know what's san is planning but surely enough, he won't be gentle nor will he let wooyoung off the hook this time.

@✙ wooyoung vlatka. ᵃ see, san wasn't exactly the type to be... hm, extreme with his punishments. in fact, he rarely ever gave out punishments, seeing as there were rarely people who'd be idiotic enough to try and disobey his orders — key word being rarely, however. apparently, his chosen ones, the wing leaders that worked directly under his command, thought it would be alright to disrespect him every chance they got. it didn't help that the two wing leaders were so different either — the older one... truly treated him more like a brat than his leader (though in all honesty, san could understand why, but he'd never admit that now, would he?), and the younger one was too scared of the patron. understandable, truly, but that didn't mean they could do it on a regular basis!

while san was patient enough to deal with all this... disrespect, there were times that he would have to assert his position once more. after all, he was a vlatkan patron. what good would he be if even his wing leaders refused to give him the respect his position called for? so even if it was rare of san to actually on it, when wooyoung — oh, san's favorite dog — tried to escape the older man's clutches once more, san decided that wooyoung would have to learn his lesson this time. it was why he had decided to knock wooyoung out (rather easily, mind you), and... as one could see, chain the younger lad up in the dungeons, eyes covered by a dark blindfold that would truly render him blind with how dim the lights were in the dungeons.

the patron was sitting midair once more, simply watching the other man as the latter struggled to free himself from the chains. unfortunately for wooyoung, those chains were made with iron — meaning it stopped wooyoung's ability of controlling air. it meant that san would have an easier time controlling the younger lad, which was what san had intended in the first place.

when the younger called out for him, san couldn't help the grin that spread on his face before he moved, placed his feet on the ground once more as he approached wooyoung quietly. "hm? you're finally awake, brat," he said before he stopped right in front of wooyoung. the chains were connected to the ceilings of the dungeons, spreading the other's arms wide. "so how does it feel being chained up like that? it's been a while for me, so i can't remember. not too comfortable, i assume?"

@⚜ san vlatka. ᵃ nothing but panting and chains chinking filled up the room as wooyoung tries to pull the chains as hard as he could to break them off and free him but of course, he wasn't that physically strong to be possible. multiple attempts later, he just gave up since his wrists started to hurt, if he continued on — he'll probably end up doing actual damage onto himself. how did one of the wing leaders ended here you may ask? well, that's because the male attempted to escape once again. that's right, it isn't the first time he did it — what attempt number is it by now? was it it 4th or the 5th? he doesn't really know, it's not like he was keeping track of it, not at all. what happened when he was caught and brought back though? oh, nothing much honestly, all he got were lectures from his patron, san, to get him to know his place and for wooyoung to remember that if it weren't for the patron in picking him up from the ruined slumps then he would had died back then. san knew how the younger one was thoroughly in fear of death that's why it was effective to get him into place.

yet, here he is again but this time, it seems like san chose to use another method of punishment towards him. the usual verbal ones were now upgraded to a physical one. is he really going to inflict damage to wooyoung? knowing his patron for so long, he wouldn't do such thing — the only times that san ever harmed him was during their training together, it was needed for him to be much stronger and tougher, it worked since as one would says. no pain, no gain.

"master?" he calls out for san, he couldn't see right now — darkness consumed his sense of sight but to be more precised, he was currently blindfolded right now and he doesn't know what to think of that but he couldn't help the way his heart hammered against his chest, a little nervous because what the other can do is unknown as for now but wooyoung's very sure on one thing that san wouldn't ever do to him.

kill him.
