@Christian Yuᴬᶜᵗᵒʳ Joohyun listened to her say the ship name as she laughed a bit. It honestly made her think of the drama, 'Iris' more than anything really. She followed him out just glancing over to him as he spoke not minding him pulling her closer as she walked with him. "Well, you did ask - but yeah it is kind of weird, but I am sure fans will start calling us something too," Joohyun noted as she ignored everyone too just thinking of what they should do. "Eh, I am not flash, you know," Joohyun grumbled as she hurried over to his car just opening the door and sliding in the passenger seat. "Okay, it's nearing holiday season so all lights should be up and holiday vendors should be out, so we can go there. It's usually in a park near the night market. They have tons of lights, walkways with different lights and blows up, and night market vendors selling a bunch of good food and trinkets to look at since the night market is so close by. It should be fun!" Joohyun looked over to him as she was putting on her seat belt.
@Christian Yuᴬᶜᵗᵒʳ Joohyun nodded as she looked at him just not seeing what everyone was worried about her associating with him, or why everyone didn't like Christian. The person that was sitting in front of her didn't seem or sound like the person that she heard about, but a person someone could lean on and go to kind of like white knight. Joohyun nodded as she looked at him. Joohyun shook her head as she took his hand just jumping to her feet. "We shouldn't care since everyone will know soon, so let's just have fun and enjoy ourselves. We can go to the little vendor place I was talking about, or we could venture out from the mall hit up little secret hole in the wall cake shops or food stalls - or just goof around while walking around town," Joohyun smiled to him as she slipped her phone back in her jacket pocket. Joohyun bit her lip as she thought about their ship name. "Maybe something like 'Iris'? Like the 'ir' from my name and the 'is' from yours?" She questioned.
@Christian Yuᴬᶜᵗᵒʳ Joohyun laughed just smiling to herself as she watching him put his number in her phone's contacts. She narrowed an eye just giving him a look as she placed a hand to her chest, "Oh, I am so honored for you to have blessed my phone." She took her phone back just tapping it against her chin, "But iest man - I'll have to get back to you on the verdict for that," Joohyun teased as she crinkled up her nose at him sneaking a photo of her. "Hey! I better not look stupid or bad in that," Joohyun whined a bit with a slight pout as he held out his phone to her. She set her phone down on the table as a playful smile appeared on her lips, "Oh that could be dangerous - just giving out your code. Mine is just 47363. Don't worry, I won't mess with your phone." Joohyun unlocked his phone just adding her number. She also took a selfie just saving it as his wallpaper changing it from the one he sneakily took - but didn't delete it, and also her contact picture. "Now, a so-called gardening siren has blessed your phone," Joohyun giggled a bit with a moon-shaped eye smile.
Joohyun titled her head to the side as she thought. "The only two that really came to my mind was just to be open and honest with each other like you already pointed out - and to go with the flow. We don't have to make this in a drama or anything. We can just be friends that seem like boyfriend and girlfriend," Joohyun nodded as she didn't want to put any pressure that anything or a real relationship had to come out of this. Anything could happen at the end of this. Joohyun frowned as he said that, but didn't pry as it wasn't her place to do that nor were they that close for her to ask anything more about it. She let him take her hands as she wrapped her fingers around his as she looked back at him. "Yes, let's trust each other. We'll protect each other, and you don't have to worry about that I am a horrible liar. You have to be honest with me too - one person can't carry the world solely on their shoulders, they need someone to hold them up too! You have me and I've got you," Joohyun smiled as she nodded.
@Christian Yuᴬᶜᵗᵒʳ Joohyun watched as their managers and pr team nodded to what her manager had said then simply left the room leaving Christian and herself alone in the room. She inwardly sighed to herself as she never thought that they would have gotten into this kind of situation from just going somewhere with a friend - like she knew this wouldn't have happened years ago - it was ridiculous how fans and others perceived idols. She barely even used social media herself and she only had it because her parents wanted her to get it so that they could share memories with each other since she had moved to the city right of high school to do this idol thing and go to college for musical theater since her parents still live in a small village in the countryside. Joohyun laid her head down on the table just thinking to herself as she turned her head to face Christian as she slowly raised up her head as she shook it, "You don't have to apologize - it is my fault as well. I should have been more careful with going out into public knowing full well that I am an idol now," Joohyun laid her head on her crossed arms that were resting on the table. She laughed a bit, "It's okay - Bloom isn't the most common or obvious girl group names. It is understandable why you wouldn't think we were one."
Joohyun sighed again as she would now be the one always rushing the girls back home from doing fun things or always paranoid about saying or doing the wrong thing out in public now. She shook her head not wanting to think about that as it would just cause her mind to go crazy, and cause unwanted stress and anxiety she didn't need. She didn't want to become the worrisome and unhinged unnie or friend that Taeyeon and Yiren couldn't go to when they needed help. She liked being the more free-spirited and mischevious unnie or friend that they could go to sneak out of the dorm to eat sweets or get out to just have fun. Joohyun lifted her head just crossing her legs in her chair as she turned towards him as she looked at him. Joohyun nodded as she softly laughed. "I don't think anyone would want to date me after this - but deal. Besides, I don't think my manager will let men near me after this. We should probably set some ground rules - right or act naturally? I've never actually dated anyone, and I mean that like as a boyfriend. I've gone on dates but they never usually turn into anything." She shook his hand just resting her hand back in her lap after their handshake. "The same for me - we are in this together, we look out for each other, and protect each other. I won't take advantage of you either." Joohyun nodded as she smiled at him as she pulled out her phone. "We should probably have each other's numbers so we can talk and stuff," Joohyun unlocked her phone just setting it near him.
@Christian Yuᴬᶜᵗᵒʳ Joohyun felt her manager tap her shoulders as she sat up as many more people came into the room. She fixed her ruffled hair as she noticed some of these people members of the pr team as she watched her manager talking to an unfamiliar figure, which she assumed was Christian's manager. She hadn't looked at her phone at all - mainly trying to ignore everything. Even though, she could hear the whispers and soft talking around her about all the gossip that was going on even inside the pr team. She sighed as she didn't agree with many of the things that the others were reading as she felt a pr member reach other just patting her arm and apologizing that something like would happen to her. It would all be fixed soon and not to worry about the petition of getting her kicked out - that wouldn't happen if things went well with their plan. Joohyun narrowed her eyes, "Even if whatever plan you have created, I am not leaving the group. I promised Yiren and Taeyeon to go on this journey with. I am not abandoning them because some high school boys or men want to obsess over me," Joohyun rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms. "I didn't spend half my life working for this to leave it behind because some people can't fathom the idea of me having male friends or oh my god, a twenty-eight-year-old woman flirted with a boy - or looked like it - give me a break," Joohyun let out a soft sigh.
"Joohyun." Her manager warned her as he gave her a stern look, "They are just doing their jobs," He turned to pr team just bowing as he sighed. "Sorry. she'll do whatever you all propose," He said as he shot Joohyun another warning look as she kept her arms crossed.
Joohyun didn't say anything as she just looked about the room as she really wanted something sweet or to go run for hours right now. She tapped her foot against the floor as she looked up as Christian walked in as she watched him sit down beside her as she offered him a soft smile as she turned to who she now knew was his manager as he started speaking. She listened to him as she nodded in agreement as Christian spoke about not having all day as her eyes got wide at the next sentence - but her manager already said that she would go through anything that proposed. "We-what?" Joohyun mumbled - more out of shock not that she didn't understand or anything.
Joohyun's manager nodded as he looked at Christian. "Yes, I am. I already said Joohyun will do what was proposed - whatever it was and this was what we settled on. It is much easier for the news to die down this way - rather the company saying you're not dating but just friends - fans are never happy with that answer or believe it, so they'll get bored faster if you are dating and just go on to the next hot topic that appears. Well, we are hoping that is what happens," Joohyun's manager spoke. "We won't tell you how to run this relationship as you date - that is up to you two - just make it somewhat believable." He watched Joohyun open as he shook his head. "This isn't up for discussion, Joohyun. Now if you excuse me, I have to go speak with security about increasing the strictness about who is around the company and call other individuals about certain scedules," Her manager bowed as he left the meeting room.
