Joohyun really want a time for herself and she is not going to let anyone interfere with that. She put her sandals back on, and walked toward a more secluded area without any hesitation.

Her hair moved in a frenzy manner due to the wind, ruining her perfectly styled hair from the morning. Her footsteps were light and loud in the quiet area. She enjoyed the serene feeling and indulged in it. As she was enjoying her time, a scream alarmed her, a sense of dread fills her.

Her footsteps hasten and she tried to find where the scream was coming from. A few minutes later, she arrived to the edge of the body of water, just to see a full grown male trying to forcefully touch a maiden. Feeling overwhelmed and anger at the same, she was about to cast a spell to separate the two but, before she can even chant, the male was blown away. Joohyun attentive eyes searched for the source, and her attentive eyes immediately found the savior- a beautiful women, who is filled with fury, her eyes filled with fire.

The dirt road that had initially been made in the hillside for transport trucks to drive up and down, moving creatures in need and rehabilitated ones alike, was usually quiet otherwise and the merwoman used that time to decompress from a long day, or night, on the job. It all depended on when she was needed.

A shoeless foot idly kicked a pebble, sending it skirting across the path and almost as soon as it disappeared from view in the untrimmed indigenous grasses a cry for help echoed through the air. Without much thought, she ran to the source and hid behind a large rock formation to get a picture of the situation. She couldn't believe her eyes as she watched some man trying to take advantage of a much less powerful woman. Even after all of her years living, she still couldn't fathom how practically all men were some form of scum.

Blood boiling, she clenched her fists and sent a large wave from the cove to knock the man away. Through the sound of rushing water, she vaguely heard his surprised yell but she only saw red; she didn't stop after he was a few yards away, dropping another mass of water on top of him. She breathed deeply upon coming back to and fully hid behind the rock so she wouldn't be seen by the woman, thinking her actions un-needing of thanks.

Joohyun took a deep breathe and inhale the fresh air. She stood near the body of water and wonders if she can dip her feet in. She looks down and saw her own reflection and can see that the water is pretty deep, but the urge to do something reckless arises. She took off her sandals and just as she was about to put her foot in, she heard her attendant calling out for her in panic.
