Shi no Hana
Shi no Hana is a vigilante gang that was started in the 90's by a, then, 17-year-old Ito Shinju after surviving the abuses of her drug-addicted mother. The gang's goal was, and always will be, to stand up for all sorts of underdogs and weaklings: other girls their age, children, women, and any other minority. If someone is dealing with abuse or neglect of any kind, SnH takes care of it. SnH isn't very loud about their activities or existence and people only find out about them through word of mouth. Members often live completely normal lives outside of duties which can include anything from roughing up a client's abuser to walking someone home at night or standing in on court trials as suspect intimidation and moral support. The only obvious indication of membership is a chrysanthemum tattoo of any kind, in any place. Though illusive, the gang opens the doors of "The Garden" to any runaways or orphans that can find them and is seeking asylum but, more often than not, they come across and take those people in themselves. SnH is currently run by Serena Motola, the child of founder Shinju and the late Gio Motola who was Shinju's right hand.
