i can't get into a character if i forget what i had in store for them before applying and i'm not writing a profile for a place that i'm not sure is going to be active by the time i get accepted TT

adfgjkh like back when i used to admin it'd always be set up like
- main admin: me, who'd micromanage and let my coads support where they can
- co-ad #1: my friend who started the rp with me and did all the layouts for me and understands my vision
- co-ad #2: somebody active to fill in the holes of activity because co-ad #1 isn't that active
- co-ad #3: somebody i'd add on if the rp gets too big and i need somebody to accept applications and welcome people when i'm gone
- co-ad #4: co-ad#3, except opposite timezone

the worst are the nonaus where the admins don't check until the chat dies and then when you join, everybody's dead and then the rp dies and :')
