- What roles can I be?
There are three options for this. Option one is that your one of the students that attended the party where Romie disappeared and everyone heard the ringing, which caused you all to pass out and then be either mute or catatonic for a year and are now beginning to develop strange abilities. Please include your developing ability in the role section. Option two is someone in the town that wasn't there when it happened. Option three is someone that came to the town within the past two years.
Please note we are not allowing family members of Romie. - What are some examples of the strange abilities?
These could be things like seeing things that others can't, hearing things that others can't, hyperrealistic dreams that turn out to be prophetic (or possibly showing you peoples pasts) etc. - Why is St. Abigail's letting a bunch of 18-20 year olds finish their schooling there?
St. Abigail's doesn't have much to lose. There is another school in the town that most highschool age students attend and St. Abigail's is on the verge of closing. The 18-20 year olds are old enough that they don't need to keep absolutely everywhere maintained. Staying in the dorms on school nights is optional but recommended, but the school will not allow people to stay in the dorm over the weekends. Nobody is entirely sure why that's always been a rule. - What is the weather like?
Summer is stiflingly hot, with the sound of cicadas drowning out almost everything else. The winters are mild, most people only bothering with a hoodie rather than a full winter coat. - How come the missing case went cold?
It went cold in the first year because of a lack of evidence and all the potential witnesses being unable to be interviewed. Since the potential witnesses returned to 'normal' the case has started being actively worked on again.
