@jeon jungkook Jisoo frequented the town market for various reasons. Today specifically she was here in attempts to avoid her soon to be in-laws. The arranged marriage she had constantly been trying to get out of, but every attempt had failed her, no one really enjoyed being in a forced marriage. Jisoo’s mind as distracted today particularly about the marriage because if she didn’t do something soon, she would be married in a weeks time. Which wasn’t very long at all.

Jisoo’s waking back to reality happened rather abruptly. She heard a few words and then was suddenly being pushed into the wall, the female was almost waiting for her head to hit the wall behind her, but the blow was softened by the males hand. Furrowing her eyebrows, Jisoo shook her head. “Wait?” She asked her tone rather sharp as she put her hands against the others shoulder to push him away… just as she got a glimpse of her soon to be mother-in-law. Eyes widening she quickly changed her expression. “Actually, I don’t mind waiting.” She said, her hands sliding down the others arm off the shoulder in a flirtatious manner. “Do you often meet people like this?”

At just past midday, the sun was high in the sky as Angelina strolled through the market with Lir at her side. The massive canine was excitedly sniffing the air, tail whipping about and, ears perking every which way with the multitude of sounds filling the air. Birdsong and the caw of ravens from the Falconer's stall, the droning clack-clack-clack of wagon wheels, but the loudest sound of all was that of various merchants who were sure to make their voices heard above it all.

“Fresh beetroots, still damp from the earth!” “Cockles, muscles, and herrings still bright with salt.” “You, sir! Can I interest you in silk ribbons for your lady-love?” “Radishes! As pink and pretty as your wife’s cheeks in the morning.”

Angelina took in all the sights around her, including a candlestick maker polishing his wares, the sun reflecting off of his brass tools, uninhibited by clouds. Children ran about, giggling as they weaved through crowds of market goers. There were some not-so-wonderful things like the stench from the piled gutters where the offal, livestock blood, and the spoiled fruit collects, but the scent of herbs and ripe berries and other delicious foods caught her attention. And, apparently Lir's as well. When the smell of a fresh stew, in particular, caught on the wind, the apothecary immediately felt the warm presence beside her leave as the wolfhound trotted over to beg. Laughing softly, with an even subtler shake of her head, she followed suit and greeted the vendor whilst lowering her hood. "Morning, Alastair. I'll take one," she ordered, thin fingers rummaging through her belt bag for coins and cursing quietly when one managed to escape and roll among the foot traffic behind them.

@kim jisoo An obnoxious laugh bubbled out of the minstrel’s lips as he dodged the crowd of people, weaving between connected limbs and sweaty bodies. The situation wasn’t new to him and certainly wasn’t new to some of the peasants and commoners he brushed shoulders with, the roll of their eyes captured by his watchful eyes. He didn’t care. Life was much too fun this way. Most of the time, he didn’t get caught. This was going to be one of those times. With the end of the crowd in sight, he picked up his speed, only to be blocked by a tinier frame, her presence a complete surprise to him.

“- woma-” it was too late to warn her, his chest mere centimeters from slamming into her before rough hands met with her shoulders, quickly pushing her up against the wall. His moves were quick, a hand rested behind her head to protect it from cannon balling into the bricks behind her, the other placed above her head. “You scared me. Fancy meeting you like this.” He panted, cautious eyes flickering over to the men desperately trying to find him. He looked like any commoner frequenting the streets. “Wait.”
