They can't get pregnant by any means but can impregnate omegas and betas. Alphas have a more spicy, bitter scent but is not always the case for everyone.

Ruts: Alphas go into rut every three weeks for seven days. During this time, the alphas become pretty aggressive and possessive, seeking for any unmated omega or beta. An alpha in rut can trigger a heat on an omega, however a beta is unaffected by it unless they are mated.
