@❛ ☽﹕joshua h。 ryujin couldn't help but to feel slightly disappointed when the duke didn't seem to catch on her bait. she often hears how he handles quite well some affairs and yet this by no means caught his attention? perhaps, ryujin is just overthinking the new medicine and it is actually approved by their laws? it sounded like something she would probably never really find out, then.

with a barely audible sigh, she briefly greets the latter with a bow and then smiles – although it easily gave off how displeased she slightly felt. "yes, hello. if it's Dr. Shim i can help you." she took the lead without even thinking about the actual schedules. being a duke though could get him anywhere anytime, she believes. ryujin proceeds to lead the man down the hall on their left, towards the more secluded offices where patients are checked upon in private.

The thought brewed inside the man’s head after hearing the gossips and complaints of the folk in cruor about this blessed medicine they all have been caught up in. It is true vampires do need medication from time to time against the horrors that lie outside of both the city’s borders. However, it still irks his head on how the people managed such without the apothecary’s help. Perhaps a scientist? He does give pride to the genius of his own species, but something just doesn’t feel right.

From his schedule, Joshua shifted his visits between the town and the apothecary, placing it as his top most priority among the many places he has listed before heading out from his residence. A large sigh escaping his lips, knowing he can’t venture around the peaks of Orenda until he solved this case. Of course, the apothecary is filled with bustling people, except there were only a few patients and hunters to be seen than usual. Many of them greeted Joshua with a silent bow, which he replied back in the same kind manner. The conversation between the employees caught his interest. However, he decided to approach one of them in hopes of relaying his plan behind the peering ears of the patients who may or may not change their mind about seeking for the wonder medicine instead.

“Hello, I believe I’m scheduled for an appointment with Doctor Shim? I forgot where his office is, could anyone of you direct me to him?”

@❛ ☽﹕joshua h。 despite not wanting to follow her farther's and brothers' steps to become a doctor, ryujin still enjoys being a nurse and thus she often found herself studying more and more into it – probably the only reason why she ended up being a good medical student. lately though things have been quite slow, she isn't needed as often and people seem to be healing much faster than they should, despite their vampire abilities. she knows her father has mentioned once something about a miraculous medicine, but it was long ago and ryujin never heard about it again. her curiosity led her here, she's been asking around about it for a day or two now but so far no big leads – hopefully until now.

ryujin knows the guy at the counter, most vampires that live in cruor probably do. she listens carefully as complaints are raised to the duke, how few people now look for medicine in these past few days and that's when she can't help but to meddle in, a slight tone of worry in her voice. "and no patients at the hospital either, which is weird considering how often groups come and go from hunts." she walks back to them, giving both a small bow before her eyes meet the duke's. "i'm a nurse. and i've been hearing about this... medication, amazing healing power, instant even. i've tried searching about it but hunters haven't been very receptive of questions related to it." ryujin could only hope that the matter caught the duke's interest, maybe if he was the one asking the questions they could actually find something about it.
