Lead by an ex-police officer, Haegeum is a vigilante gang that is fairly new to the scene. Recently started, this gang hails in the area of insa-dong. They claim to be the voice of the people- not trusting the police to handle the rise of mafia and crime activity.
The leader himself claims he was backstabbed by a former colleage who was never punished for his actions. After experiencing the backwards way of what was supposed to be law, he went rogue and started up a method of his own for catching criminals.
As time went on, the vigilante group became less of a good thing and more of a danger to those in their way. They are fighting for the people- but if the people are going to try and stop them? They will mow them down too. This gang is mostly known for heists against the rich, anti-police operations, taking down smaller gangs and providing their own means of justice, usually in the form of violence.
