Not to just abruptly step into your conversation, but I’ve got a weighted blanket and it really helps me fall asleep~ I only keep it on my legs because you’re technically not supposed to sleep with it on, but the heavy sensation is supposed to help calm you

oh, i’ve heard about those weighted blankets before. never tried them... but apparently they work well~
