@❥ kim siwoo camila steps into the pod room, looking around the area in slight awe for finally experiencing in person what she'd briefly watched previously. "Oh wow." she mutters to herself and takes a seat on the comfy sofa, legs crossed, notepad in one hand, feeling nervous. her curious gaze turned over to the radiant screen that must be blocking her and her date on the other side. "Hello there, i am camila, how about you? Is it okay if we speak in a casual sense?”
@❥ kim siwoo “ i’m actually a fire fighter, so you made it into a similar loop. although the most medical training i have is cpr and first aid training and whatever it takes to get people to the hospital alive.” he spoke of his job proudly, practically grinning ear to ear. he loved his job, he loved doing his job and speaking about it made him happy. it wasn’t to inflate his own ego with the praise that usually came with it but just simply because it was a passion to him. “i learned speaking to people in a certain tone always helps keeping others calm. and it seems like a good handful of the others are pretty nervous so i just thought jumping to the chase that we can be comfortable would be a good idea.” he explained quickly, noting that the other male didn’t seem as anxious as some of the others he had already spoken to. “so, what do you do for work?”
@❥ kang haewon A slender figure can be seen approaching the door of the pod, one hand taking a hold of the door knob while she had hugged a hard cover notebook to her chest and just before she enters she takes a few deep breaths; it was to ease her nerves. Once she enters her eyes are looking in awe at how the pod was decorated, admiring the pretty colored lights here and there before making her way to take a seat at the sofa. The young woman brings one of the decorative pillows and sets it on her lap, the notebook she had held now being laid on top of the pillow. Having settled down on the sofa seemed to help her calm down, a determined smile curls on her lips, umber orbs staring at the murky colored glass as curiosity not piques her; just who exactly was behind it and were they truly the one? Or perhaps someone who would grow to be a very best friend.
She's surprised from the sound she hears from behind the glass, a concerned look on her face though before she can inquire whether the other party was okay or not they had already begun speaking; an introduction. "Not at all, I just arrived too. It's nice to meet you Haewon, I'm Seonbi. If you don't mind me asking to break the ice, are you one who dislikes being late to things? I for one tend to be a bit late to things." there's a chuckle that is audibly heard with her words.
@❥ choi sohee minyeong felt a bit more relaxed hearing the other laugh, not able to help the smile forming on her face. as she hears the other's name, she hums to herself. "it's a pleasure to meet you too, sohee." she smiles wider, writing his name down in her notebook as she spoke. "questions, right. well I guess the best question would be how old are you and what do you do for a living?"
@❥ lucas han surely, it's quick but by now, he has gotten the hang of staying levelheaded despite the atrocious amount of cameras littering the room and especially meeting fellow contestants for the first time. "hi, i'm siwoo," he returns the introduction with a cool voice as he settles more comfortably in his seat, or at least the best he could without his posture slacking, before responding at the male's suggestion, "sure, we can do that. it seems you have a knack for speaking. are you a clinician by chance?" he can't exactly pinpoint what lucas' voice resemble but he seems cordial and polite like most physicians he'd encountered. "apologies if i'm wrong though, you just seemed gentle," he adds after a moment, not wanting to give off a rude first impression.
@❧ yoon seonbi entering the pod, haewon thumbed the top two buttons of his dress shirt open. if his date couldn't see him, it hardly mattered just how he was dressed as long as he wasn't ill fit for cameras. he narrowly avoided wacking a shin against the edge of a table so the low grunt, either of frustration at his clumsiness or success at having dodged was his first announcement of his presence in the pod beside the sound of the door shutting behind him. he spoke toward the wall between before taking another step closer to the sofa. "i hope i didn't keep you waiting long. i'm your next date, haewon."
@❥ kim siwoo being hard wired to turn feelings such as nervousness into more positive feelings such as confidence and even adrenaline made it easier for lucas to approach people a lot easier ontop of being a naturally friendly and talkative person already. being surrounded by people and meeting new people daily made it easier.
but this was still a new situation, something he had never experienced before. he was sure that if he was nervous that the person on the other side surely was too. he waited a few moments to let the stranger get settled before he spoke up. "hello, i'm lucas." he started, voice smooth. "its easier said than done but lets speak comfortably, okay?" he added, a certain tone that he uses to comfort others while working peeking out.
@❧ park minyeong “hello, please don’t be nervous you’re making me even more nervous myself.” sohee laughed though a sigh shortly trailed the show of mirth, after hearing her name, he smiled to himself as he nodded although he knew the gesture would remain unseen. “it’s pleasure to meet you, minyeong. my name is sohee. i supposed this is where we begin asking questions?”
@❥ choi sohee minyeong enters the pod, settling onto the couch after closing the door. she lets out a nervous breath as she stares at the colorful screen that is between her and her date on the other side. "okay, hi, I'm really nervous and I don't know why." she laughs softly before speaking again. "anyway, I'm minyeong, what is your name?"
