members may roll for a badge everyday for 20 points per attempt. even numbers guarantee a badge (given at random and may be duplicated). odd numbers mean no badge given. badges will be placed in your profile; no need to tag an admin.
do note as well that when receiving a member's badge, we will be tagging them as well with a message that you've won their badge and have earned an optional bonding experience / date with them! members featured per month are randomized; everyone has a fair chance to be in the wish pool.
