born of dragons, as their name proclaims, the dragonborn walk proudly through a world that greets them with fearful incomprehension. shaped by the draconic gods, and dragons themselves, dragonborn tend to have a long lifespan, combining the best attributes of dragons and humanoids. some dragonborn are faithful servants to the true dragons, others form ranks of soldiers in great wars, and still others find themselves adrift with no clear calling in life. to any dragonborn, the clan is more important than life itself. dragonborn owe their life and devotion and respect to their clan above all else, even the gods. each dragonborn's conduct reflect on the honor of their clan, and bringing dishonor to the clan can result exile.

Vampires are associated with necromancy. Their existence is predicated on draining the life from others to fuel their own existence, and on putting their own lives ahead of all other concerns. Philosophically, they do not constrain themselves with artificial rules of morality, but believe that the strong can and should take what they need from the weak. Due to their longevity most become high society creatures of the night and are even of royal blood by choice.
Vampires are considered evil by many, and it is a lust for power that drives them towards this alignment. In others it may be the blood lust drives them towards unintended chaos. Their personal drive is what ultimately decides what alignment they lean towards.

wood Elves are a magical people of otherworldly grace, living in the world but not entirely part of it. They live in places of ethereal beauty, in the midst of ancient forests or in silvery spires glittering with faerie light, where soft music drifts through the air and gentle fragrances waft on the breeze. Elves love nature and magic, art and artistry, music and poetry, and the good things of the world. most elves believe themselves to be better than other races as they dont find themselves holding on to materalistic values. they have a keen senses and intuition.
the high elves, also known as the royals,are much like the other elves but also have a keen mind and a mastery of the basics of magics. 

humans are the youngest of the common races, late to arrive on the world and short lived compared to other races. perhaps, it is because of their shorter lives that they strive to achieve as much as they can in the years they are given. humans are innovaters, achievers and the pioneers of the world. with a penchant for migration and conquest, humans are more physiclly diverse than the other races. humans are the most adaptable and ambitious people of the common races. they have wildly varying tastes, morals and customs in many different lands where they have settled.
