Can angels/demons leave vinclis?
A: Yes. They are allowed to roam the town and do things outside of Vinclis - however, they must be returned by 1am.
Can anyone see Vinclis?
A: No. To see Vinclis, you must have an invite. Humans that have not been invited only see an abandoned, shabby bar in place of Vinclis. The eye also cannot see Zion Manner.
