on random occasions, you will receive a 'roll the dice' email notification from mr. taeguk, the superintendent of ma-eul apartments. the notification will specify how many times you need to roll.

you will be given a 72-hours grace period to make your roll(s) once the notification has been sent to you. please roll consecutively.

once you finish your roll(s), you will reference the number(s) and the order of your rolls (if you roll more than once) the chart in the sol dice room. yes, the order of your rolls matter, and you may not delete your rolls. if you roll more than needed, you will use your preceding rolls to reference.

depending on what you receive, you will either need to mention the occurence in an open group thread, a personal thread, and/or in a short monologue. you can do more than one if you have the capacity. the time limit of your execution will need to be within at least 10 days once you have rolled.

failure to follow through with your execution after rolling will result in a temporary suspension. the temporary suspension is 2 sicks days where your character is sick with a common cold and will be confined to their apartment. you will not be allowed to post anywhere else but their apartment until those 48 hours are up.

if you do not feel like participating in a slice-of-life plot/scenario device, you are allowed one (1) opt-out every month. the opt-outs do not roll over. using the opt-out will allow you to opt out for that one instance. if you receive another slice-of-life email notification in the same month and you've already used your opt-out, you will not be allowed to opt out again.

to opt out, directly respond to mr. taeguk's email in the sol dice room.

tldr:

1. roll the dice, within 72 hours, as many times as stated in the notification.
2. reference your rolls and the order of your rolls to the chart in the sol dice room.
3. follow through with the execution, within 10 days after rolling, by either mentioning the occurence in an open group thread, a personal thread, and/or a short monologue. yes, you can do more than one. the more the merrier!
