@joo eojin. yeji stares at eojin for a bit, lips unconsciously pursing as she thought of where she saw eojin. she smiles almost instantly as she finally recalls where she saw him. "mhm! i think i saw you in that web series... work later, drink now?" she questions, knowing for certain that was where she saw him. "i also saw you in some posts on instagram!" she continued, reaching forward to take a sip of her drink.

the younger shakes her head shyly at his statement, instantly being shy. "oh it's okay! i usually prefer if we split if we do see each other again and grab some coffee! it's all okay, i promise." she reassures him, a warm expression shown on her face. "no sugar.. i'm guessing you're not that big on sweets then?" she questions, curious about his preference. "i'm all good! schedules are always so busy, but i love it anyways so it's all okay." she answers, soon nodding at his question. "yeah! i do have something about our tasks! but let me ask you this first, do you like going to karaoke bars?"

@hwang yeji. eojin briefly laughs, amused. yeji's flustered face is absolutely adorable that his urge to see it again piles up, but decided to restrain himself out of being polite. "it sure does. me being jobless rotting in social medias caught in 4k for sure, hah. but really, it's an honor to be able to meet the light fury girl in person. what about me? did i remind you of certain character?" the question was absolutely random that eojin had to grunt internally, silently complaining at how was that even came to his mind out of all things.

"matcha latte. noted. the next time we see each other, it will be me buying you the drinks. my favourite has been iced americano actually. though most of the time i only had that at home, since i prefer getting the usual latte with no sugar from the cafes." he replies, playfully 'clinking' her drink with his own before taking a careful slurp. "how are you holding up these days anyway? also, since we are running out of time, shall we talk about our tasks? i assume they sent you one like they did to me."

@joo eojin. his teasing took her by surprise, coughing lightly at the suddenness of his words. "damn, that reached you too? i guess i really do look like light fury then." she says, the smile on her lips never leaving. "well... to be honest, the edits of light fury with my hair did make some rounds on the internet so i guess it is a bit infamous."

yeji can't help but nod eagerly at his question. she breathes a sigh of relief to hear that he likes the drink that she ordered. "okay, i chose the right drink for you then." she states, nodding once again in agreement to his question. "i like my coffee a bit more on the sweeter side! and yes, matcha latte is my favorite as of now. i love anything matcha right now. how about you though?"

@hwang yeji. he must say her reaction to his sudden presence is very endearing. the man chuckled softly, offering his own warm smile as he briefly shakes the female's hand in return. "i already know. the infamous light fury doppelganger?" he teases before taking his seat after her gesture.

"for me? you're too sweet, yeji. and i dig iced americano by the way, thank you for the treat." his smile softened at her kindness, before noticing her order being the opposite of his own. matcha latte do be famous these days he thought. "how about you? how do you like your coffee? is matcha latte your favourite these days? "

@joo eojin. yeji was mindlessly scrolling through her phone, eyes glued to the screen as a way to calm her active nerves about their meet. her heart jumped at the sound of his voice, eyes immediately landing on him. her breath hitched at the sight of him, he was already good looking in the pictures she saw, but to see him in person? she was starstruck. she stands up and takes his hand, giving it a firm shake. "no, not really! i just came too. i'm hwang yeji." she greets back, eyes turning into crescents as she shot him a smile.

"i already ordered us drinks, by the way! i hope you liked iced americano." she says, gesturing the drinks just sitting at the table. she offers him the seat in front of her, waiting for the elder to sit down first. "if not, then we can order a new one! i.. i just ordered something basic since i didn't know what you would really like."

@hwang yeji. eojin wasn't less nervous himself. despite the stoic demeanor, his palms sweating out in his jeans' pockets since he's aware that this isn't just hangouts with a whole stranger, but apparently someone famous, even the leader from one of the rising girl groups. another different industry from his career indeed, but he's also excited in knowing more about her. that's the point why they are here anyway. the man walks into the café, silently wishing things to turn out best for them.

it doesn't take much to spot the lady. eojin makes his way to their table after spotting someone with prominent cat eyes, exuding the unusual charisma when all she do is just..sitting. adjusting his already neat fit, he cracks a smile across his face once he's at their table. "Hey. Did I make you wait too long? I'm Eojin by the way." the man reaches out for a handshake, waiting for her to make a proper greeting in return.

@joo eojin. yeji couldn't help but feel a bit nervous as she stared at the entrance of the cafe, heart racing at the idea of meeting the person whom she was partnered with; joo eojin. certainly she knew him by name, but in all honesty? the girl had no idea what she was expecting upon their meet as their worlds seem far apart.

her eyes were wandering as she entered, heading towards the cashier and ordered herself an iced matcha latte and an iced americano for her soon-to-be-date, wishing he would like what she chose for him.

soon after getting their orders, she chose a cozy spot by the corner of the cafe next to the window, a perfect view of the whole cafe and its surroundings— the perfect spot to see if eojin was around as well.
