@MAYOR KWON Rokhyun blinked as he saw Yuri signing the paper ''what?'' he asked surprised. Faceplaming, he sighed ''i don't believe this...'' he sighed once again, picking up the pen and looking at the papers blankly.

@MAYOR KWON Rokhyun's jaw droped as he heard those words. ''Sorry sir? Would you mind to repeat?'' he gently asked looking to the man in front of him. Rokhyun didn't think he heard right, was this some kind of nightmare?
