@☢Min [H] Silver come over to Jin once he had stood up, allowing Jin to steady himself against him. The other wolves round up around Min and Jin before snapping their heads in the direction of the rustling of the bushes, readying themselves for any of the infected. Although wolves that are bitten by the infected won't get infect, it will still affect their health drastically. That's why he risked himself for his wolves. Jin stood as he heard Min running off to get her things. He had heard that question, of why does he always hid his face. There were reasons of course, but he won't be saying it yet. At least not when the both of them are still in danger zone. Looking back at the pack of timble wolves with him, he smiled before saying, "Alphas, go on back to the cave. Silver, Kit, Tim and Guk stay back will do.", dismissing the large pack of wolves. Howling softly, the wolves ran into the woods and disappeared, leaving only Silver, the leader of the wolves, Kit and Tim, Silver's Second-in-command as well as Guk, the pack's fighter. Once Min came out of her house, picking up the first aid kit and shove it into her bag. "Let's go!" She said. Jin took notice of the new accessories on her finger, the red diamond ring. Jin shook his head before sighing, "Don't wear that ring out publicly Min. It attracts the Infected because it has the colour of the blood. Colour of Death." Digging into his small pouch, he pulled out a fine thin silver chain and held it out to Min. "Here. Use this. Hide it well. It's precious to you isn't it?" He smiled softly. Not that Min can see it since he had his mask back.
@❈Jin [H] Min knelt beside Jin as he gradually recovered from the healing process which had taken place. As he managed to whisper a small "thank you" Min bowed her head a little before adding, "it's alright, it's the least I could do." Min watched as Him pushed himself off the ground; holding her hands out just in case he fell back down from the dizziness. Hearing Jin's apology, Min chuckled. "Don't worry about it. I was getting bored of green anyway." She joked. The girl then realised that she had seen the face which Jin had hidden for so long, and it confused her as to why he hid it in the first place. "Uhm, could I ask why you always hide your face?" She tilted her head slightly. Then once he told her that they must leave, Min nodded firmly before running into her home which she now had to leave. After collecting her back in which she kept food and medicines in, she ran to the bathroom where a small box was sitting on the windowledge. Cautiously opening the box revealed a gold ring with what seemed to be rubies encrusted in it. However it wasn't rubies. It was her sister's ring before she became one of the infected. Before her human life ended. When she was alive, the ring had pure and clear diamonds in the ring. It was simply beautiful. However, once she had been caught by the infected it turned red. Not only red, but it was the blood of her own sister. It always puzzled Min how it had transformed into this, but it became her most treasured item and the only memory of her sister left. It was indeed a blood diamond ring.
Min slipped it onto her finger, reminding herself that she didn't have a lot of time, and went outside again; picking up the first aid box and shoving it into her bag. "Let's go!"
@☢Min [H] Jin's chest heaved up and down heavily as he breathe heavily. The disinfecting process was over, but the pain remain there, leaving a stinging sensation to his wound. His eyes remain closed but his senses were on fire. Opening his eyes slowly, he looked at Min for a moment before looking at his already bandaged wound. Using his free hand to remove the cloth in his mouth, Jin tried to mutter up strength to say a thank to Min but his thanks came out no louder than a small whisper. "Thank you" he whispered before closing his eyes again, lying there to rest from his horrendous ordeal just now. Slowly pushing himself up, Jin sat up with a wince before looking back at the mess his wound had cause. "Sorry for making your beautiful grass black." Jin chuckled slightly before putting his mask back onto his face. Never had he let anyone to see his face except for his friends and his wolves but Min saw. Taking in a few more breaths, Jin stood up and turn towards Min. "I guess you saw my real face.. Normally I would have kill that person who saw my face. But you, you helped me. So thank you." Jin spoke in a gentle tone before turning his head towards the bushes in front of the house gate before continuing. "I guess my blood had attracted them earlier on. We can't stay here anymore. You as well. Bring some medical needs into a bag with some food if you have for yourself. Hurry!" Jin shook his head slightly from the dizziness he got before picking up all his butterfly knives, keeping them into the little pocket of his belt and strapped the long sword to his waist.
@❈Jin [H] Although her eyes were closed, Min could still hear and smell everything. It reminded her of him. Reminded her of someone she failed to save and she couldn't stand it. She couldn't just let him go through such a horrendous ordeal while she pretended to be oblivious. Thinking of it tore her apart. Without hesitation, Min opened her eyes quickly to attend to Jin. Her eyes softened sadly before taking out a cloth and patting Jin's face to dry it from the beads of sweat on his face. "It will be alright soon. Everything will be alright." Without really thinking about it, she gently d his hair for comfort. She hated to see people in pain, but she didn't want to ignore it either. Once the fifteenth minute had passed, Min used another damp cloth to wipe the wound clean; being extra careful not to hurt him. She took out the disinfectant cream and applied it to the cleaned wound before wrapping the bandage around his bitten arm. "There there, it's over now. You've done it." She smiled gently at him.
@☢Min [H] "I'll try my best. Here goes.." Gave time for Jin to brace himself from the intensive pain he would be experiencing soon. But apparently, he didn't brace himself enough as he hissed in pain when the disinfecting salt touched his wound. A pungent smell filled the air as he felt Min rubbing the salt onto his wound ever so gently. Soft whimpers could be heard from the wolves. That's why he had his wolves to back off. The disinfecting salt once came in contact with infected blood, it would disinfect the infected area, releasing a pungent smell in the process. Although the smell doesn't affect his wolves, it was still unpleasant to smell. He doesn't want his wolves to suffer from the smell. Biting into the cloth in his mouth harshly to muffle his screams of pain, he felt a warm sensation trickling down his wound and he knew that the infected black blood were being force out of his body. Sweat plastered across his forehead and some trickled down the side of his face. Tears welled up in his eyes, threatening to flow out but Jin blinked them away before they can even flow out. Minutes later, the rubbing stopped and Jin knew the salt were all applied. Closing his eyes tightly, he fisted the soft grass under him as he tried his pain to endure the pain inflicted on him. But unfortunately, his brain wasn't listening to him as whimpers left his mouth.
@❈Jin [H] Min listened very carefully to the instructions she was given. She was tempted to ask why females shouldn't use it, but once she thought about it she realised it was probably best not to question it as she would find out soon enough when she applied them on Jin's skin. Taking a deep breath for courage, Min nodded, "I'll do my best." To return Jin's gentle smile, the corners of Min's lips tugged upwards to form her own gentle smile. "Here goes," Min took out a small drop of the salts and placed them in her palm before placing the packet down. She took Jin's arm with the bite and subconsciously rubbed it gently with her thumb; bringing her other hand over to apply the salts ever so gently. As the black blood oozed out, the strong smell made Min feel incredibly faint, yet she had a job to do; to look after Jin, and so she continued. When all the said was applied, Min took the packet of salt and taped it tightly. In the palm of the hand she used to hold the salts, she could feel a slight stinging sensation. She didn't expect the salt to have such a strong impact. Min then did as she was instructed by looking down and closing her eyes to avoid watching the healing process as it progressed.
@☢Min [H] Jin nodded before speaking, "it doesn't matter. Since I wasn't injured anywhere other than the bite, so you can apply the salt onto the bite mark. Just use a little, a palmful would do. I have got friends who make these disinfecting salt. But i don't really encourage females to use it. And they are pretty precious, so after you use it, taped it with tape and secure it well." Jin explained as he shifted a little more. "After applying the salt, you would see black blood oozing out of the wound. Don't panick, but don't see it as well.. It's pretty disgusting. About 15 minutes later, use a clean damp cloth to wipe my wound, before applying some disinfecting cream on it and bandage it up." Jin instructed before smiling a little, a small gentle smile. "Don't listen when you apply the salt. Don't see when you apply them. It would be very disgusting and unpleasant to hear." Finishing what he wanted to say, Jin took a clean cloth and bite into it, to prevent himself from biting his own tongue.
@❈Jin [H] Watching as Jin brought out his healing salts, Min nodded understandingly as he didn't want her to use the wipes on him; placing the packet of wipes back in the box before closing it. "Okay, I'll do my best." She informed. "Where does it hurt most? I'll deal with the worst wounds first to be on the safe side." Tilting her head slightly, she took the packet of salt into her own hands carefully. "It's amazing that you have stuff like this, I've never been able to find these before." She said softly. When she looked up, Min saw the wolves back off and she bowed her head deeply to show her gratitude. With that, she began to inspect Jin's body, looking closely to find where she should work on first; awaiting a response from Jin to tell her what he needed.
(Sorry it's shorter o.o I will do my best to keep them as long as possible)
@☢Min [H] Jin continued to his wolves as he heard footsteps approaching before stopping for a moment. "Guess it's she uh?" Jin thought before sighing softly. Looking at his previous wolves, he mumbled. "Does she looks like her too? They look similar don't they?" The wolves nodded their heads slightly before growling a little. So indeed, not only him but his wolves felt that they were simlar too.. Before he can think further, he heard footsteps came closer and Min came into his sight. "Tell me where you're hurt, and I'll do my best to clean and bandage your wounds as painlessly as possible." She said sincerely. Jin shook his head slightly before using his uninjured hand and dug something out of his jacket before handing it to Min. "Use this. It's a packet of salt which consists of disinfecting materials. It can disinfect me quickly." Jin nodded before lying properly on the floor. "Silver, back. Alphas all back." Jin commanded as he watched the wolves unwillingly back off. Jin smiled apologisingly at his wolves, knowing that they understood by he told them to back off. The disinfecting aid pack of his, cause him a lot of pain and blood would came oozing out of the wounds. It was a first aid pack which force the infection blood out.
@❈Jin [H] Min headed to the garden with the first aid box in her hands; making her way towards Jin and the wolves. She spotted that they were having a moment, in which she stopped to admire without disrupting anyone. It was nice to see that people could still have some sort of family in these circumstances, and that there was still some humanity left; even if some humanity wasn't even from humans, but wolves instead. When the time was right, she then continued to make her way towards Jin and knelt down on the soft grass. "Tell me where you're hurt, and I'll do my best to clean and bandage your wounds as painlessly as possible." She said sincerely. Min hadn't had to use her first aid box in a while, surprisingly. She hoped that she would still go as good a job as she had in the past. Looking at Jin for an answer, she lifted the lid of the box and took out a packet of anesthetic wipes.
@☢Min Jin looked at the house in front of him and hummed softly. "Not bad.. Able to have a house under this type of circumstances, not bad at all.." he thought silently before his pack of wolves and him were led into a small garden. Silver gently sit down on the soft grass as Jin rolled over onto the grass gaining some whimpers from him. The wolves instantly gathered around Silver and Jin as they too, sit down near the leader wolves and Jin's wound softly. Forgetting the pain momentarily, Jin smiled at his packs of wolves. Other than his friends, they were his second family, a family whom he knew would protect him at all cost and he too would protect them with his life. Silver lowered his head and Jin's neck twice as a form of apology. Shaking his head, Jin brought up his uninjured hand and the leader wolf, spoke in a clear but soft tone, "it wasn't your fault silver.. You and I don't know that there was another infected still just like the rest of the alphas. Plus you guys are so precious to me, I wouldn't let anything happen to you all. Seeing him going to bite you, I wouldn't stand by and look. I rather have myself hurt then you all hurt." he gently all of the wolves there including the leader wolf because he knew they understand him.
@❈Jin [H] As they continued to walk, Min replied. "Nearly, it's just around the corner." She led everyone to a house. It wasn't perfect, but with the circumstances everyone was in, it wasn't bad compared to other places. There was ivy covering half of the walls outside, and a six foot tall gate surrounding the house and small garden that she had managed to build herself. Taking out a key, she unlocked the gate and led the pack of wolves and Jin into the garden; then taking another key on the keyring to open the front door. "We're here, make yourselves at home. I'll go and get some things to treat that bite okay?" She closed the door behind them and hurried to the kitchen, where she took out a first aid box.
@☢Min Once on Silver, Jin leaned down and clamped an arm around the big wolf's neck as he feel the wolf walking. Sitting up slightly, he saw the other wolves following the Alpha wolf while they followed Min. Jin watched as his surroundings changed as an deserted school building to a forest-like vast field. "Are we reaching yet?" he asked as the pain continued to burn up.
@❈Jin [H] Nodding slowly, Min obeyed Jin and carefully lifted him up; placing him on the wolf, now recognised as Silver's, back. "Is that okay for you?" She asked softly. As the wolves were given their orders, the looked up at Min. Slightly surprised that they were now relying on her. She took a few steps forward slowly, turning her head back to look at the wolves, who were only one step behind her. Smiling slightly, she started walking at a normal pace and led them all to what she called home.
@☢Min Jin laid there breathing heavily when the pain constantly shot through his mind, earning his whimpers of pain from time to time. The wolves helped out Min by ripping the infected into piece, the leader wolf growled angrily and was about to attack the infected even further when a slow hand his fur, immediately calming the wolf down. "I'll be fine silver.." he mumbled while continued to his wolf. Silver looked at Jin before sitting now beside him and gently nuzzles it's head into Jin's neck, whimpering softly. The rest of the wolves all surrounded him and Min as well, looking at Jin. Smiling, Jin reached out his uninjured hand to the ten timble wolves stroking them and calming them down. "Okays. Get me on this wolf, lead the way. The others would follow." Jin nodded at Min before turning to his wolves, telling them. "Listen Alphas, this girl is going to help me, I want you all to be on alert and protect her as she led us to her medical place okays?" he added a little authority in his tone, not too much just 1%. Growling, the wolves separated themselves as silver stood up, waiting for Min to place Jin on it's backs. "They understood. Led the way Kays?"
@❈Jin [H] Min gasped in horror as the infected pounced onto the wolf. What was worse was that Jin jumped in and hurt himself in the process, a whimper leaving his mouth. She took a deep breath before yelling out, "JIN!" Going as fast as humanly possible, Min rushed towards the boy; climbing off the wolf's back. Before she could attend to the injured boy she had to get rid of the infected. "Hold on, Jin! Just hang in there okay?" She took Jin's sword carefully from him before stabbing the infected multiple times. The other wolves eventually helped out as the infected fell to it's knees. Focusing completely on the boy, Min knelt down on the stone floor. She took her jacket off, wrapping it around Jin's wound quickly but carefully; making sure it wouldn't fall off. Min was glad that she had taken a first aid course a few years ago, otherwise she would have panicked. Taking the injured arm, she placed it on his shoulder. "Keep your arm elevated above your heart okay? It will stop the bleeding sooner. Whenever possible I'll take you to where I stay. I've got some medicine and proper bandages to make sure that doesn't get infected."
@☢Min Watching his wolves tore the body apart, Jin scanned his surrounding. Getting down from the wolf leader, he carefully walked onto the corridor with the wolf beside him and the rest following behind including the wolves guarding Min. As they walked deeper into the school, the atmosphere was very cold and eerie silent but that only prove it to be even more suspicious and caused Jin to be even more alert. As usual, things don't stop just once. A sudden infected rushed out and pounced on the leader wolf which Jin had ride on before, wanting to bit the wolf. Seeing his beloved wolf getting attack, Jin threw himself onto the wolf's body, causing the infected to bite him instead of the wolf. A small whimper left his mouth.
@❈Jin [H] Watching from the sidelines in shock, Min seen the infected who seemed almost invincible. She had never seen any undead infected before but she knew that they were even more dangerous than the usual ones. Since Min was stripped of her weapons, she couldn't really help. She felt useless, even though she really wanted to help. Thankfully the wolves were on task and pounced onto the infected. They tore it to shreds; pieces of rotten corpse being thrown here and there. It was really a unique sight. Min watched in amazement. How did Jin gain the trust of all these wolves? And how did they follow his every command? Although she had all those questions, what she wanted to know most was, "did that wolf just...speak?"
@☢Min Walking slowly towards the scrapping noises, Jin held his sword tightly. "If.. If it was you, I'll kill you I swear." he mumbled before raising his sword to his abdomen height. In a flash, something moved in the shadow and pounced onto him with it's mouth wanting to bite him. Luckily he had good reflexes, managed to prevent the person from biting him. Whipping his sword in a swift manner, he killed the infected. Just as he was about to walk off, the infected moved again, surprising Jin. "He wasn't died?? How could it be??" Jin thought as he backed of slowly with his sword in front of him. That's when he noticed the branded mark on the infected wrists, two snakes coiled around a staff with two swords. That was the mark of the undead infected, they can't died without dying like a vampire, or by their bodies being ripped apart. Looking at the infected, Jin knew he had no heart at all, probably already had to heart since he was infected. Whistling loudly, the wolves who were called to stay put remain there while the door suddenly got bumped open. A pack of seven timble wolves appeared and howled loudly, the wolf who had his tail held up walked towards Jin and bowed slightly. "My dear leader." Jin smiled before getting onto the massive wolves back. "Kill him." he commanded while pointing to the infected in front of them. Not needed yo be remind twice, the wolves attack.
@❈Jin (Don't worry, you really should get a good night's sleep. Luckily, I'm off school till Tuesday so timezones shouldn't be as big a problem this weekend. Good luck with the rest of those exams and I hope your neck isn't too badly injured! Get well soon )
@❈Jin After hearing an unusual scraping sound, Min was placed on one of the wolves' backs. Looking at Jin, she was slightly shocked and worried for what the other was getting himself into. She was a little wary of the wolves at first. For all she knew they could have thrown her off their back, but they didn't. They seemed quite obedient creatures in Mom's eyes, and they were also very beautiful creatures at that; in her opinion. Lying slightly on the wolf, she rested her head on top of the wolf's and d it's soft fur as she watched the boy walked closer to the unknown scraping sound. In the meantime she tried to reassure the wolves who were whimpering. "Shhh~ don't worry. Everything will be okay..." She whispered. 'I hope...' She secretly thought. It felt unnecessary for her to worry the animals, but they are intelligent animals, so she could never be sure if she could actually convince them.
@☢Min Jin had some abilities that others don't have. It was a very rare gift which only lucky people have and thankfully, Jin was one of them. He had telepathy and can read minds as and when he like. He could heard what the other or his opponent spoke in their mind, which is what he heard Min spoke, sister. "So that infected was her sister.. No wonder she didn't kill it." he thought silently before stopping and strained his ears. The wolves behind them had all take into defence mode, growling and ready to attack at anytime. "Hold." he commanded towards the wolves as they slowly stopped growling but still in the same position. Narrowing his eyes at the scrapping sound, Jin let go of Min and quickly place her on one of the wolves before bending down to talk to the wolf. "Look after her. I'll check out." he whispered to the four wolves before walking towards the scrapping sound slowly, with most of his body against the wall. He could hear soft and low whimpering from the wolves, as if worried about him. But, they knew better to disobey him.
@❈Jin From the corner of her eye, Min spotted Jin approach the infected who she had just pushed to the ground. Feeling hopeless, she allowed him to grab her wrist. Jin didn't seem too pleased, but there was a lot that he didn't know about the infected whom he just hit. As well as being physically hurt in this hell hole, Minyoung was also mentally scarred. She was hurt psychologically. Memories eating her inside. It felt very lonely in her head.
'My sister...' She thought. Swallowing back the lump in , she walked with Jin into the deserted school and the butterfly knives were taken from her grasp. She mentally cursed herself; saying that she shouldn't let it effect her. Though to be like that, is to be dehumanized, and that is something she never wanted to be. She discretely wiped a tear using her free hand and focused at the task at hand. Keeping a poker face on.
@☢Min Jin nodded to the head of the timble wolves and the wolves pounced on every infected they saw. Tearing up their bodies, ripping off the limps all, Jin turned around and look at the deserted school gate. "This is the deserted school which had became the infected nest? I'll check it out." he mumbled before spinning around at a yelp. An infected had pushed Min against the wall, trapping her successfully. Jin was about to run up to her and help her get rid of that infected when he noticed of the girl's expression. Shock, pain, disbelief. He watched as she pushed the infected to the ground, as if she had forced every nerve in her body to work. "Looks like she knew her.. And once best friends uhm?" he thought silently before walking up to her, hitting the infected on get nape before grabbing Min's hand. Sure he still dislike her but that doesn't mean he won't hurt her. Walking towards the gate, he saw the a new pack of wolves came. The other head of the wolves walking towards Jin and await his orders. Jin uses his sword to break open the lock that kept the door locked, the infected came rushing forward but only to be greeted by sharp teeths and claws. Four wolves followed Jin as he kept his grip on Min's wrist and walking into the deserted school with his sword still in his grip. Taking the butterfly knives from Min, he kept it back as he knew that she was no longer about to fight. He started to explore the school with the four wolves behind him and others outside eating up infected.
