@Baekhyun (V) "I will wait for your phone call or texts," Changmin said and smiled, watching the other leave. The kiss lasted on his lips and Baekhyun was gone way too fast. He already missed the smaller male.
Changmin could feel his heart beating fast and he had to sit down, a little overwhelmed with what had happened today - no, the last few hours. He eventually went back to the practice room to grab his coat and then slowly made his way home.
Even though during the day the sun was bright the nights were cold. While walking home he wrote Suho a text message that Baekhyun was on his way home, safe and sound. After all he had promised it.

Despite the sounds and whispers he could hear in the streets Changmin made it home without any further accidents. Now his apartment felt rather cold, empty. Even though he had no idea how living with Baekhyun was he still wished the other was here. He was missing in every corner of his apartment, missing on the couch, in the bed or the shower, everywhere and being home alone made him feel sad.
Surprised he blinked when he saw the goodnight text and smiled, writing Baekhyun back, a heartwarming message, before getting ready for bed and curling up between the blankets. It did not take him long to fall asleep.

@Changmin (H) Murmuring a small thank you when Changmin had agreed to giving him all the time he needed, the vampire knew he'd be on a tight time span in order to get things done before the council of elders were on his case, asking one million and one questions about his choices to be with this human. Sighing softly, he looked back up at the younger and gave a small but all there smile, nodding when he was told the human would wait for him, the words ironic considering their whole situation, their whole relationships over the centuries.
"I know, Min. I know..." Running his fingers through his hair, Baekhyun let his shoulders dropped as he honestly struggled to think of a time where he wasn't busy, what with the promotions of yet another comeback and all. He knew his boyfriend understood, but it was a little bit different in practice considering both of their needs, beyond want, to stay together.

"I'm not sure, Min. But I'll phone or text you the moment we can, alright? I might even just appear, make sure to leave a window open for me or something. But I /will/ see you soon, as soon as I can, I promise. I love you." Cupping the younger's cheeks, Baekhyun pulled him in for another kiss before releasing him, turning and leaving in the same breath, disappearing down the hall like he'd almost never been there. As he made his way to the apartment the members lived in he sighed to himself, his mind focused on Changmin, how he ached to be in the man's arms completely, to spend hours talking with him, to feel his skin pressed against his own-. Shaking his head of such thoughts, the brunet sent the man a simply goodnight text over kakao, wishing him a good night's rest and that he always kept his promises, forcing himself to sleep soon after at such an unruly hour for a vampire.

@Baekhyun (V) “I honestly don’t know… it is just there,” Changmin said and kept stroking Baekhyun’s hair softly, a warm smile on his lips. It felt so right to hold Baekhyun close – he had known it the second he had first laid eyes on Baekhyun that there was something between them but never had he imagined that it was something like this. Something like a fated love. But here they were, holding each other and the human could feel the immense love he felt for the smaller male, he could feel how right and perfect it felt.
They belonged together.

“Yeah. But… I will give you all the time you need,” Changmin said softly and looked at the older. Surely this was rushed. After all they had just found each other again. But he knew he had asked for it all the years before but it had, obviously, somehow never worked out. He wondered if he would remember sooner or later. All of their previous lives.
He nodded and listened to Baekhyun’s words, trying to take it all in. It was a lot and somehow it overwhelmed him a little bit but later he would have time to think about it, so that was fine. It was important that he was able to understand the other, that he was able to take it all in.
“You don’t need to rush. As I said, just take the time you need. I will be patient. I will wait for you.”
He softly d Baekhyun’s cheek when he heard his phone buzz. He felt a little disappointed when the vampire said he had to go – he wished they could spend the rest of the day together but obviously it wasn’t possible.
“When… when will we meet again?” he then asked softly. After all they were both quite busy people. But Changmin needed to make sure they would see each other soon again.

@Changmin (H) Baekhyun would never get over the feeling of the love of his life stroking his hair, it just felt so good that it often left him breathless, heady for more of it. Looking back up at the younger man, the vampire listened as he was told he wasn't selfish, leaning into the touch at his cheeks as his tears were wiped away, his heart swelling with affection for the man before him now, wondering how he could still be so tender despite knowing everything he knew now. The elder blinked when Changmin mentioned their promise of honesty, it was from several lives ago and he was both astonished and touched that the human managed to remember it now, despite the odds and everything else.
"How did you...?" Baekhyun trailed off as the other continued, staring up at him with those beautiful lightly coloured orbs of his own, his heart aching inside of his chest as it refused to beat unless it was for one thing and one thing alone, and that thing was a person, standing, holding the vampire right then. The brunet knew his lover was right, he belonged to the younger man and there was a reason just beyond cruelty why the two of them were fated to find one another time and time again.

"W-What are you asking me, Changmin? You... You want me to change you? I-" It was against everything in Baekhyun's beliefs to have to change another human and to doom them to the same eternal fate all of his kind would have to.
"I can't make a decision like that rashly, Changmin. I'll need time- I'll have to visit the council to ask for their permission. You know- I'm a pure blood... the strongest type of vampire- I'm sorry, I'm overloading you with information but you need to listen to this. Because I'm a pure blood, that means that I'm related to one of the originals, a direct descendent to the very first vampires. Which means, if I'm to turn people, it ensures that they're of a high grade as vampires too which can have devastating effects and I-" Sighing softly, the elder ran a hand through his locks before glancing up slowly at Changmin and offering him a small but tired smile.
"Its going to take some time for me to think about it, alright? Please... be patient. Until then we can just... Enjoy ourselves, right?" Pausing, the smaller man's phone buzzed in his pocket, pulling it out as he saw it was a message from his manager asking him where he was, replying quickly where he was and that he'd be back soon, sighing as he put the phone back.
"I need to go... and you should rest too, okay?"

@Baekhyun (V) Softly Changmin d the older man’s hair, letting him rest his head on his shoulder. He wanted Baekhyun to feel safe and sound around him, he wanted to give him a place to relax and feel at ease. He wanted Baekhyun to stop crying, he wanted to see those beautiful eyes be filled with life and happiness and not with tears.
“No,” Changmin said and shook his head. “I don’t think you are selfish at all.” He sighed and his lips, taking a shaky breath.
“Maybe that is exactly what you should not do. Give me a chance to have a life because… even a second that I am not spending with you feels like a wasted second.” He d Baekhyun’s cheek, wiping the tears away.
“You are no terrible person. You are sweet and caring and I do understand your feelings but… you should know me better. If I really did not want to be with you in this life… I would tell you. I would be honest with you, Baekhyun. Because we promised each other honesty, didn’t we?” It had been in another life, maybe one of the earlier ones and Changmin might not be able to remember a lot but this promise was present in his head. He knew it. “But I want to be with you. I want to.”

The human listened to Baekhyun and then sighed, leaning into his touch.
“But… but what if we both would be able to live a long life together. Wouldn’t that at least make it better? We could enjoy our long lives and instead of an eternity of torment we could have an eternity of love, Baekhyun.”
It hurt him to know that the love of his life had to see him die over and over again, not knowing if he would be reborn, living years alone and scared and… it hurt Changmin’s heart to think about it.
“I… I don’t want fresh beginnings and new starts, Baekhyun. I want you.” He looked at the vampire’s beautiful eyes, hoping the male would understand.
He could understand Baekhyun but this still did not change his opinion.
“You will never have to stop to love me. I remember. Not in clear memories but… I can feel it. I can feel it in my heart.”

@Changmin (H) Baekhyun could feel his chest tightening at the man's words, with how sweet, how kind and understanding he was with his words despite the position he'd been put in and it made the elder's heart warm and swell with love all over again. Pressing his damp cheeks against the taller man's shoulder he let out a small sob, giving a small shake of his head before he looked back up at the love of his life, those lightly coloured orbs of his shimmering with more tears before he just nodded slightly.
"Don't you think I'm selfish for the times I come back to you and... and tell you? I've tried so often to give you a chance to have a life on your own and it never seems to work out. I feel like a terrible person because I don't want you to feel like you have to be with me. Do you understand?"

Smoothing his shaking hands up and over Changmin's cheeks he gave a small smile before he raked his fingers through the man's hair and sighed to himself, complete and utter adoration in his eyes for the love of his life, for the man he loved aeons upon aeons. As their lips parted and Changmin asked that question Baekhyun had heard from his lips many a time before he felt his shoulders deflate before he answered in a shaky voice.
"You have asked me before... many times. And I've always said no. You don't deserve to live an eternity of torment like me. You deserve fresh beginnings and new starts, even if its without me. If you were in my shoes, would you have changed...?" The vampire wiped at his cheeks and eyes, he'd at least stopped crying and brushes his hands on his trousers before taking Changmin's own in his and pressing his palms to his cheeks.
"I love you... I've loved you all my life and I'll love you until the end of my time too... If anything, remember that for me, please? I can't /stop/ loving you. I've tried before, trust me. But I can't do anything... I'm sorry"

Jimin sighs as he walked into the room he always loved. "I miss it, so much," He realizes he's crying, a thing he rarely does. He sees a computer in the corner and walks towards it. Without thinking, he quickly turns on a song, one of his songs. With tears still in his eyes, he gets up and starts dancing. His body moves swiftly with the music, as if he was on stage.

@Baekhyun (V) “That alone already proves that we belong to each other, Baekhyun. The fact that you always end up by my side… or that I always end up next to you. That alone shows that we are meant to be. Not only in the former lives. Not only in this life. In every life, Baekhyun.” Even though Changmin could barely remember their former lives, his words felt right and everything felt so good – this were not just words he just made up, it were words from the bottom of his heart and his soul.
“I might not remember our former lives… but my heart remembers you. Every fiber in my body remembers you.”
How perfect Baekhyun fit in his arms, how much love Changmin felt for the other with just looking at him. Usually feelings had scared Changmin, he wasn’t good in relationships but maybe that was because deep inside he knew he belonged to Baekhyun. And for the very first time, he was not scared.

“Next time… come and find me right away. Make me remember,” the human said and leaned into the vampire’s soft touch. “Don’t let me waste years of my life without you.” He held Baekhyun close and took a shaky breath.
“Don’t say sorry. You couldn’t know. But don’t let me wait ever again.” He kissed the others lips carefully before he hugged him close again. Yes. Yes this was perfect, Baekhyun was perfect.
“I… why… why did you never turn me?” he then asked quietly, shyly. “I… I cant believe I never asked you to. After all… I am sure I wanted to stay with you forever.” He chewed on his bottom lip, hoping that this question did not cause any bad memories or experiences. He was just so curious – he knew himself, he knew that once he had found Baekhyun he wouldn’t want to lose him. What had separated them again and again? Was it a painful, unexpected death? Or was it something else Changmin simply could not remember? Why would he leave Baekhyun alone?

@Changmin (H) Familiar hands on his back, hands bigger than his own and always infinitely warmer for Baekhyun as he enjoyed the way the man held him in his arms, the overwhelming sensation of just being home making the warmth seep into his very core and travel further into his veins, like his bloodstream was being infiltrated by the younger man. When Changmin said he knew that the vampire belonged to him, said man felt the tears welling in his eyes once more, his head resting beneath the taller man's jaw comfortably, where he belonged and the human was right, he did belong to him. Baekhyun pressed his cheek into the man's hand a little more when he d his soft skin, one of the elder's own hands reaching up and shadowing over his soulmate's own hand, sighing gently as he sunk deeper into his love's embrace.

"I do... I do belong to you. Oh Changmin- you have to understand. Each time I love then lose you, and then you're reborn, I ask myself if I have any right to come and speak to you let alone tell you the truth of our pasts. When you could live so happily... what's the point in me coming in and ruining things for you?" Baekhyun raised his cool, soft hands and cupped Changmin's face in his palms, brushing his thumbs over the man's cheeks before he shook his head gently, his orbs reflecting how apologetic he was about leaving the younger to feel so scared about the feelings he couldn't describe.
"I'm sorry, Min. I wanted you to have your own shot this time... I don't want to pressure you into remembering me and feeling like you have to choose me. Because you're so kind and... and full of love, its something I know you'd do and pretend you wouldn't know what I was talking about. But fate seems to have a sadistic sense of humour, no matter what path I take after you leave... I still end up lost and found by your side. I'm so sorry, Changmin."

@Baekhyun (V) Changmin was about to reply when Baekhyun’s lips touched a spot that made him feel good and calm right away. He held the smaller male still close, his hands softly stroking the others back. Was he able to remember?
Well, he could not see picture of their memories but what he felt was way too familiar. The way he felt when they were hugging and holding each other, the look into Baekhyun’s beautiful orbs, their kiss. It was as if they belonged like this, it was too perfect. And it felt as if he had experienced it before. He did not want to let it go again.

“There are no pictures. But I know this feeling. I know that you belong to me.”
The human softly d Baekhyun’s cheek and looked at him. Surely he had seen Baekhyun’s face a thousand times but it was different than he saw other faces. It was as if his heart remembered Baekhyun, as if he had always known the other. It was true, he had longed for the others company ever since they had met for the very first time, back then when Baekhyun had still been a trainee. And now here they were, holding each other.
“Why didn’t you come to me earlier?” he asked carefully, feeling his heart beat fast. “I have been having feelings for you for so long but… I was so scared.” Not only the age-gap, but also because they were both males and idols in addition. But if Baekhyun had known about them belonging to each other, why hadn’t he come earlier? And now Changmin was only so glad they were finally together, that he was finally able to hold Baekhyun in his arms.

@Changmin (H) It was a similar feeling for Baekhyun if not the same or more intensely as the sensation of finding his home once more came to him, like the fresh waves of the sea, old but new crashing against the shoreline and hugging the sand as it tries to stay attached for as long as it can manage before having to let go for another melancholy sweet goodbye. It was that same feeling now that overwhelmed the elder male, his arms finding the perfect spot around Changmin as he always did because he honestly belonged there, really, he did. Smiling gently he wanted to let out the happiest of little laughs but he contained them for now, instead now was the time for their lips to meet and press together as it felt like the vampire was breathing for the first time in a very long time, filling him with a sense of relief and bubbling tenderness that was evident on his lips, the very lips the human claimed now.

"Do you finally remember a little bit?" Baekhyun asked quietly, hesitantly, unsure if he really wanted to hear the answer if his lover said that he didn't remember a single thing about them, though he knew he'd work through it for Changmin was too precious to even think about trying to live without once more. The smaller man slightly tilted his head back as he spoke to the man he loved more than anything in the world, a man who was more precious than diamonds and gold, more precious than the earth the both of them had shared their timeless love with one another for centuries. His startling blue eyes tinted at the edges with purple and crimson as he was almost overwhelmed with the sense of longing for the man he was holding in his arms there and then, showing just how prominent the man was in his life, how needed, how trusted he wad and how Changmin would forever be relevant and have a part in his life. His long, pretty fingers soothed through his soulmate's hair, the same feeling of the strands running between his ageless fingers as he sighed in content and pressed his lips to the others jaw, near his ear just where he knew it soothed Changmin most.

@Baekhyun (V) There were so many questions filling Changmin’s mind but what was the most prominent were no spilled words, it were the warmth spreading in his body. All of this – Baekhyun in his arms, their foreheads leaning onto each other, his heart beating fast – it was so familiar, as if he had done this so many times before. And then there was another feeling: He had missed this. He had missed feeling Baekhyun’s breath on his lips, he had missed his arms around the other, he had missed the look into those beautiful eyes.
He barely noticed the change in Baekhyun’s beautiful eyes – first they had been so dark, so beautiful and dark and now they were changing to a blue Changmin knew so well. Surely, not in this life, but in any other life he had lived before.

And then he could feel Baekhyun’s lips on his.
Instantly all thoughts faded away and Changmin was filled with so much love and need. He needed to hold Baekhyun, to kiss him. Softly he held the smaller male closer and buried one hand in the others hair while kissing him back passionately. Not once did he think of letting the other go or pulling away. It felt perfect. Having Baekhyun so close was the only thing he wanted and needed right now.
For a moment the thought of someone seeing them crossed his mind but their lips pressed together like this was too good – he couldn’t let Baekhyun go now, he couldn’t.
Softly he d the others cheek while his own heart was beating so fast. How had he not been able to notice what Baekhyun was able to cause, how at home the other made him feel?
He wouldn’t let Baekhyun go again.

@Changmin (H) "I won't... I won't run away." Baekhyun could only repeat the words as he promised his soulmate that he'd stay put, knowing it was hard to fight the urge since he was a vampire and vampires didn't need to face their problems when they could just run away from them for most of the time. Sighing to himself softly, the man held the other tightly in his arms, listening as the man breathed in and out erratically all because of his doing, causing the guilt to soar through the man's bloodstream in response to what he'd done. With their foreheads pressed together, the elder thought back to the countless times the two had been in such a physical position, and the outcome of each one was always the same no matter what - they would kiss and forget the world for a little while as they enjoyed one another's company. Their own little bubble, if you will.

As Changmin met his soulmate's gaze steadily, Baekhyun had to remind himself that this was one of the many reasons he'd fallen so uncontrollably in love with the human, that no matter how many lifetimes tried to pull them apart they would always be too stubborn to truly let go.
"I... didn't mean... to frighten you..." the vampire admitted, his smaller frame being soothed and d in Changmin's arms whilst his eyes were still studied. Turning a bright shade of blue, like the oceans around tropical islands that make you want to dive into and be lost forever. That's what it was like, to look into the vampire's eyes and his lips, his lips inched closer to the taller's own, almost tasting the other on his lips but frustratingly not there quite yet. Sighing to himself, Baekhyun caved and closed his eyelids, kissing the other male as their lips fitted together as perfectly as his rushed words earlier had eluded to, now moulding together in sync as his arms wound around Changmin's neck, fingers rushing into his thick locks of hair. And here, Baekhyun was finally home again.

@Baekhyun (V) Changmin listened to Baekhyun’s chaotic words silently while stroking the beautiful and soft hair of the smaller male. He still felt sorry – it had been his fault that Baekhyun had run away like this and he hadn’t wanted him to do something like that at all.
“Please just don’t run away ever again like this,” Changmin whispered softly. “I… I mean… it is a little bit much for my small brain to understand all this.” All those facts Baekhyun had offered him. “And I… have so many questions,” he also admitted while still holding Baekhyun close. “But one step after the other, right?” He took a shaky breath and once he felt Baekhyun’s forehead against his he could feel his heart beating faster as if he was used to this but on the other side it was still exciting. What was this?

Almost shyly the human looked into the beautiful eyes of the other. They were beautiful – the color, the structure and the light shimmer of the dim lamps reflected in those deep orbs. Never had he ever looked so deep into such beautiful eyes and never had it felt so familiar. Even holding Baekhyun in his arms felt so normal, as if they had done this a thousand times before and he wondered if they might have really done this a thousand times before. How old was Baekhyun? How many lives had they spent together?
But for now he just wanted to hold Baekhyun and give him so well deserved comfort.
“Just don’t run away from me like this again. It really scared me.” He softly d the smaller male’s back and kept looking lovingly into the others beautiful eyes.

@Changmin (H) Baekhyun watched as the man made his way down the hall to himself, his eyes watering slightly before he shook his head softly when the man apologised, guilt rushing through his veins as he felt he couldn't blame it on the other man, it wasn't his fault anyway. He had just been told so much of his own life, lives he'd never of known of, lives he couldn't remember, the vampire knew it was a lot but it was a lot to have to live with the burden of the knowledge all on his own as well. The way Changmin swept him up into his arms in a familiar hug made him smile, feel small and at home again, at a place where he could appreciate the gentle warmth of the other man and forget everything else because it just didn't matter then and there.

The sensation of Changmin's hand in his hair made him sigh happily in relief, everything still forgotten until his love began speaking, a small shake of his head before he pressed his face against the man's shoulder and cried, holding onto him tightly, perhaps too tightly when he lost some control over is inhuman abilities. As his cheek was cupped, the elder looked up into the other's orbs, meeting them quietly as he shook and nodded his head, no running would be in his future for he'd spent so much time away from the other, why spend more?
"Yes, of course... I'm sorry, I'm so sorry- I didn't mean to scare you like that. To upset you, I just- when you said that I- I felt so lost and I didn't know what to do and- and... a-and..." Baekhyun didn't know what else to say as he gazed into Changmin's beautiful eyes, more beautiful than the least as time continued to go on between them, a small sigh leaving his lips before he pressed their foreheads together.

@Baekhyun (V) The second Changmin heard Baekhyun's voice he immediately turned arounf and rushed to the other. He had been scared that he wouldnt be able to find him or if Baekhyun had already left but seeing the others beautiful face - but he could clearly see that there had been tears and it hurt Changmin. He hadnt wanted this to happen.
"I am so sorry," he said while rushing over to the other male. He did not think much and instead just hugged the other right away. He had been worried. And scared. Baekhyun was such a beautiful being but those words had been confusing and he wasnt sure what to think of it yet. But they could figure this out later, right?

"Please dont ever run away from me again like this," the human said and held Baekhyun close, stroking his hair. "I believe you. This is just... a little overwhelming to me." After all he was not used to this at all. Surely he had met vampires before but none of them had told him he was his lover over and over again so this ws a little different.
"I am sorry I hurt you. This wasnt my plan."
He sighed and cupped Baekhyun's cheek. "Dont cry because of me. Please." It hurt him to see the smaller one like this.

@Changmin (H) Curled in on himself, Baekhyun shut out the surrounding world from his senses, his eyelids closed, his mind, his heart, everything closed off to the world around him as he wanted to escape the tears and hurt that had been brought onto him so suddenly. Somewhere inside of him knew that his old love hadn't meant to hurt his feelings but that hadn't stopped the pain he'd felt when Changmin had such something so careless. If only he could put into words - no, into a film the amount of loneliness and guilt and pain he went through, the happiness he would find briefly with the human before he was snatched from his grip once more only to be left without knowing if his soulmate would return once more. What was he supposed to do? The younger man was his pillar of strength but sometimes he could knock the wind out of the vampire and that was saying a lot, considering the lack of breathing vampires actually ever needed to do.

But he couldn't ignore and block out the calling of his name from those familiar lips forever, a sigh leaving Baekhyun as his surroundings came rushing back to him all at once, the sound of Changmin's footsteps as he searched the building for himself ringing in his ears as he sat there. Standing slowly, the man wiped at his eyes and straightened himself up, knowing if perhaps in this life the human did not wish to be with him then that was fine, he would find somewhere else to be, somewhere safe, somewhere far far away from the younger man. Opening the door, the vampire stepped out quietly and shut it behind him with a light click, the sound echoing down the hall and in his own ears as his orbs settled on the man down the hall, watching him quietly as he looked around for himself.
"I'm here..." Baekhyun lifted his chin, his old roots of being a true blood shining through at this point as he didn't want to show his hurt self in front of the other, instead feigning an air of strength around him, his beautiful eyes shimmering even in the dimly lit hallway as he let his soft voice carry down the hall to his soulmate.

@Baekhyun (V) Seeing the watery eyes of the smaller male made Changmin regret his question – he hadn’t wanted to hurt Baekhyun, he had just wanted to be sure. But then the other ran out of the room faster than he could even realize and it was easy to guess what the other was. And even though Changmin had been attacked by vampires before, he was not the slightest bit scared of Baekhyun. He had been attacked by humans as well so why would he? He knew he could trust the other, he was safe with him. He really had not wanted to make the other to a sobbing mess but obviously the human was good in doing so.
“Baekhyun, wait,” he called way too late before getting up – he left his coat behind, not caring about it. Baekhyun was way more important than a piece of fabric.

As he, naturally, wasn’t as fast as Baekhyun it was hard to find the other. It seemed as if many of the other idols had already left even though this place was never entirely vacant.
“Baekhyun,” he called out and frowned. He had thought that he had chosen his words carefully but obviously not carefully enough. If it was true what Baekhyun had said – which Changmin feared so – the other had been seeing him die over and over again just to find him again. Changmin should have taken this into consideration, of course his words would hurt the other.
“Please, Baekhyun. Come back. I didn’t want to hurt you.” The story of the other would explain why he was feeling so much for the other, why the simply presence of the smaller male easily took him in and fascinated him. It really was no surprised.
“Please, I believe you.” He sighed. He really wondered why Baekhyun had never turned him into a vampire as well – if they had been together for so long, why was he still human? There were so many questions in his head but first he needed to find Baekhyun. “Please, Baek. Please.”

@Changmin (H) Upon being asked what he was, Baekhyun's initial reaction was to just say he was a monster since that was how he felt, not for what creature he was but because of how he'd broken and given in, told the man what he was and such but he didn't. What was he meant to say though? Was he meant to confess about being a child of the night and how he'd lived through many of the younger's lives and watched as he would always fade away from him no matter how tightly he'd held on?
"I-" The vampire hesitated when he was about to admit to being a child of the night, a true blood vampire and one of the highest ranking ones at some point though he'd faded out of the limelight a long time ago in order to try and live a somewhat normal life. But it was when Changmin had asked if he was really being honest or not that set the elder off, one of his hands covering his mouth as he bowed his head gently and knew he was struggling to keep himself together at this point.

Baekhyun looked at his soulmate with such a broken expression in his eyes that he couldn't bare the sight of his own reflection in the human's spheres, his head turning to the side before he mumbled something about his sunbae forgetting what he'd said. Up and out the room quicker than the wind itself, the tired side of the raven-haired seemed to have no affect on the man as he made his way down the hall to somewhere, anywhere away from Changmin. A pained sob leaving the vampire's lips as he wiped at his watery eyes and made his way down the hall, further until he found himself somewhere dark and quiet, a small supply room he shut himself inside of with the only light coming in via the square glass cut-out on the door where the hall lights dimly shone in. Hugging his knees to his chest Baekhyun wondered what path to take now, he was going to run, that was for sure but he would have to hide somewhere remote, a land where the rest of earth had forgotten in order for him to try and live in some kind of peace.

@Baekhyun (V) With wide eyes the human watched the other say those words. He was the person? But why? How was that possible? Confused he tilted his head, taking a few more moments to understand that. He was that person to Baekhyun - which meant Baekhyun was no human either, right?
"But... what are you then?" he asked confused, still not sure if this was a really bad prank or if this was the truth. But looking in the eyes of the other clearly showed him that those teary eyes were not fake at all. Oh and it hurt him to see the other like this.

"I... you arent joking, right?" he asked and his voice was soft and careful. He wasnt sure what to think of this at all, it confused him and caused him quite a headache.
Did that mean they had been lovers in their former lives - no, in his former life. If he wasnt mistaking it he was the one that died over and over again while Baekhyun still was alive and had to endure seeing him fade away.
That would explain why he had those feelings for the other.
But this still confused him even more.

@Changmin (H) Hearing the man say there were many strange things in the world lead Baekhyun wondering what things he had indeed come across, a small frown as he wondered if it was perhaps anything bad in particular, though he'd sometimes smelled strange scents on the human he couldn't very well go ahead and say it was because of someone hurting him. One reason being the fact that he knew a lot of the other idols were more than they seemed, Changmin was friends with a lot if not all of them and scents mixing was normal, another reason being, the vampire and his "hyung" never hung out as much, the both of them often busy with their schedules and such it was only natural they should spend less time together though it never stopped him from wanting and yearning to be with the other man. Sighing softly to himself, the elder went on with listening to Changmin speaking, asking him a plethora of questions - all of which needing to know if his assistance was in need of.

"No... No no no. Nothing bad happened at least but I- Changmin... Changmin you're that person to me. You're the one I've been parted from lifetime after lifetime. You're the one... I sound like a mad man don't I? Please... p-please believe me. Changmin you're the man I've loved for so long and you can't even remember me." Looking back into the human's eyes, Baekhyun felt his own begin to shine with unshed tears, a small sigh leaving his lips as he bowed his head a little bit, those pretty hands of his reaching up to his head as he closed his eyelids in a very tired matter.

@Baekhyun (V) Confused Changmin listened to the other, tilting his head. He was taking in the others features and the words – this seemed important to Baekhyun but he was a little unsure. This wouldn’t end up as a joke, would it? After all they all knew that Baekhyun loved to prank people. But if the human wasn’t mistaken there was honesty in Baekhyun’s eyes and he wanted to trust him. He cared a lot for him.
Slowly he nodded then.
“There are many strange things in this world so why not this,” he said softly.

To be honest Changmin had met quite a few creatures by now. Werewolves, elves, demons, even vampires even though most of his meetings hadn’t been the best. Actually, almost all of them had tried to kill him and he was rather careful ever since. He didn’t want to end up as a snack after all.

“Why are you asking? Did something happen?” He tilted his head a bit. “Do you need my help?” If the other did, he would surely help him. After all Baekhyun was an adorable guy that should get all the help he needed. He had always had a soft spot for him so how could he deny him any help, right? He surely wouldn’t. He just hoped the other wasn’t joking around with him.

@Changmin (H) The vampire couldn't help but smile at how kind and caring the man still was, people changed but Changmin never had, not once. Sure he'd had different professions, different callings in life but he'd remained the same, caring, sweet man that Baekhyun had been drawn to time and time again, it brought with it a feeling of happiness, of being loved. He was beautiful. Clearing his throat after the human had agreed to allowing the elder tell him something, the smaller man couldn't help but let out a small bated laugh that sounded more breathless than anything else, a lump forming in his throat as he began to wonder just how exactly he was meant to begin explaining to Changmin how he felt let alone a past they had together.

Shifting to sit in front of the younger man, Baekhyun allowed for his face to be seen properly, his legs folded in front of him as he began to speak, his full lips parting as he struggled to speak, his eyes threatening to fill with tears as he had been given the task of carrying the secret of their past alone once more.
"Do you believe in being reborn, Changmin? Do you believe in things like love that lasts through lifetimes? Would you believe me if I told you I had a love like that myself?" He'd start of slow, asking vague questions so Changmin wouldn't be freaked out right away though his heart beat painfully quickly in his chest, an undead beating heart causing trouble, how hilarious.

@Myoungjae (V) Changmin made sure the coat was placed properly around Baekhyun's shoulders and he frowned when the younger said he was always cold.
"That isnt good. You can keep the coat until you are warm then," he said and softly touched the others cheek - it really was cold and it worried Changmin. He had noticed it before - Baekhyun was always cold. During summer it was pretty convenient but when it was quite fresh like right now it was a problem and it made the other worry. He wouldnt want Baekhyun getting sick at all. Surely he could come over and make him soup and tea but seeing the other healthy was a lot better.

Surprised he blinked when the younger said there was something he had to tell him and he nodded.
"Of course I will listen," he said softly and smiled. "No laughing and no running away." After all there was no reason to, right? There was nothing Baekhyun could tell him that would cause such a reaction, would there?
"Dont hold back."
He rubbed the others back again and smiled warmly, relaxing a bit. He was wondering what the other had on his mind but he hoped that listening would help a bit.

@Changmin (H) Baekhyun could feel the young man's eyes settle on him, a sigh leaving his lips as he quietly shook his head when he heard the man say he liked staying there with him. It was happening, wasn't it? It was happening all over again, Changmin was falling into whoever thought this joke was hilarious, but it wasn't for the lonely vampire, he wanted to cry, to curl up and die, to hold onto the other, to kiss the human until he would listen and perhaps if he was lucky, remember some of their history together. But no. He couldn't do that, how could he? He'd land himself up in some mental institute when Changmin told someone else about what was wrong and he died in embarrassment before coiling in on his own existence. If only he wasn't a pure blood vampire, releasing, letting go would be so much more easier then.

With the coat being put around his slim shoulders, Baekhyun curled his pretty fingers into the jacket and closed his eyelids tightly, trying to avoid how his "hyung" smiled at him so lovingly. Did the human not notice how he was around the other? And if he did, why didn't he say something?
"I'm always cold, Changmin." The vampire wasn't wrong exactly but the sadness he felt creeping through his very core left him feeling more and more isolated as the time continued to pass. He had to tell someone and that someone was going to be the love of his life, his whole life, the thousands of years he'd been living on this earth and loved one man and one man alone.
"If... if I told you something. Would you promise not to laugh, not to run away from me, Changmin? I have something I've been wanting, no, needing to tell you for some time. Would you listen to me...?"

@Myoungjae (V) Feeling Baekhyun’s lips on his neck made every fiber in Changmin tingle and he wanted to pull the other closer but he was well aware that this was inappropriate. Not only because he hadn’t Baekhyun’s consent but also because there were people watching and Changmin wasn’t sure how they would react. Or how he himself would react. He let Baekhyun rest like this, soft shivers running through his body from time to time and he took a shaky breath, watching the others pack.
He blinked when Joonmyeon stopped in front of him and he looked up, shaking his head.
“It is fine. Just let him rest here for a while. I’ll make sure he is safe and sound,” he said and let the others leave. It felt so very right.

Surprised he looked at the other and smiled.
“I know. But I like staying here with you,” Changmin said and ruffled Baekhyun’s head softly. “You can just rest a bit.” He smiled warmly at him and his lips. He could hear his own heart beat faster and he just couldn’t tell why. What reason did this have? Was this really a crush? Aish, he was supposed to protect Baekhyun from weird guys and girls that crushed on him and not fall for the boy as well. He sighed softly and smiled then. He would just enjoy the time they were having together. That was the best he could do right now.
“Are you feeling cold?” he asked and put his jacket around Baekhyun, smiling warmly at him.

@Changmin (H) Tilting his head up slightly, Baekhyun pressed his face against the other man's neck, closing his eyelids as he felt a warmth spread through him that he could only find within the human. Sighing softly, the vampire feigned a yawn when in reality he felt so alive whenever he was around his soulmate. Yes, that's what they were, soulmates through and through, even if in this life where the elder was restraining himself from ever telling Changmin the whole truth. The thought did him no good, killing him inside as he sat there quietly and the room filled with the sound of the men finishing up eating and standing, getting ready to leave back to the dorm. But Baekhyun didn't want to move, the offer of resting in the taller man's lap had nearly caught him but he had resisted, just about, now pretending to be asleep as Joonmyeon crouched in front of him and apologised to their sunbae.

"Sorry... he must really be tired. I'll carry him back-" Baekhyun didn't mind his leader, in fact he loved him but the thought of leaving Changmin's arms already made the raven-haired male let out a distressed sound as his "sleeping" body was beginning to be shifted in order for him to be carried away.
"Nnh... " the vampire complained, leaving Joonmyeon to sigh with a small smile as he d the man's hair, patting his cheek before giving the sunbae an apologetic look, saying he'd leave Baekhyun here with him until he was ready to leave, soon following out with the others. As soon as they were alone, the smaller man parted his lips and spoke in a tranquil, soft voice.
"You could go you know... you don't have to stay being my makeshift pillow."

@Myoungjae (V) It felt so different.
No matter how many people surrounded them, whenever Baekhyun was close to hin everything else was easily forgotten. Right now Changmin was lucky as the boys were eating and talking with each other but what if he was being asked a question and as ab answer he just started at the beautiful young man resting against him.
How could he not?
Softly he kept rubbing the other males back. He couldn't tell what it was but he felt so comfortable and at home whenever he was with Baekhyun.

"You can rest a bit on my lap if you want to," Changmin offered without even thinking of it. It felt so very natural, he did not even hesitate one second. Baekhyun looked a bit pale and tired and a soft sigh left his lips.
"You need more rest, Baekhyun," he said softly. He didn't even bother with it when the other male said his real name without and suffix. It felt better this way, realer.
Changmin liked that more. "Is there anything I can do for you?"

@Changmin (H) With his long, pretty fingers playing with the material at the hem of his t-shirt, Baekhyun could feel his body sinking deeper into a past he had promised himself not to indulge in, but it was so hard not to. Those evenings he'd spent with his lover, Changmin, sitting on the balcony of Paris somewhere before, enjoying fine wine and how their limbs would tangle together as they drifted off into slumber. To the colder winters the vampire had spent in Europe in the hopes of avoiding the man, in the hopes he'd have a life chance without him in it, but alas fate had her evil games to play at soon enough Changmin had arrived right back in front of Baekhyun's very eyes like some kind of unfair, beautiful magic trick.

Baekhyun would spend his nights like this, remembering the old times to comfort him for the lonely ones he felt in the present, when things would become too hard and he'd feel as if he was losing himself once more. The familiar question 'Are you tired?' stirred even more of the past memories up in a whirlwind of events for the man. The large, warm palm that rubbed at the smaller man's back was almost enough to make him cry sometimes for having held out in this life for so long, being so close but so far killing Baekhyun slowly but surely.
"I'm a little tired, Changmin..." He could get away with calling the man by his first name like that, the others weren't allowed to but one day it had just slipped out of the man's mouth, and he thought Changmin would have gotten angry with him but to his surprise he hadn't, instead accepted the use of his first name rather well. But ah, what Baekhyun would give to go home with Changmin now, his face tilted more towards the taller's neck where he hid his face, often feeling safer there than he did anywhere else.
